Description: India Quay is a trendy, contemporary space amidst the hustle and bustle of Glasgow. A traditional Indian welcome awaits you at India Quay, where you will find a restaurant that triumphantly pairs traditional Indian cuisine with ‘urban chic’.Adjacent to the newly redeveloped Finnieston area, and only a short walking distance of the SECC and Clyde Auditorium, India Quay overlooks the banks of the River Clyde, providing awe-inspiring views of the city’s famous Finnieston Crane, ‘Squinty Bridge’ and new Hydro Arena in the distance.India Quay’s menu is made up of long-established Indian favourites, but we do have a few surprises up our sleeve. Order the delicious Lamb Desi or Cheese, Chilli, and Coriander Naan Bread to see what we mean. The restaurant’s stark black and white interior oozes with understated style, though dashes of flamboyance accentuate the space. It’s the little details that make India Quay’s individuality stand out above the rest.

I have been to India Quay a few times in the past but after my recent visit I won't be going back! I found the staff to be very rude, it was as if we were an inconvience! They rushed us through our meal, had started clearing plates before everyone at the table had finished eating! The pre-theatre menu was... More

Walked in here at about 17 30pm. Had a table for 1 Poppadums were well done, charging for the bits to go with them threw my bill up into the sky! Good meat dish, in the tandoor oven. Lots to eat, tasty too. Black lentil dish was excellent. Service was good (as it should be with 1 customer at that... More

My daughters had booked this as they loved it when they went before a concern earlier this year. Have walked past it many times on route. Was not disappointed, staff very friendly and helpful. Sharing platter, lovely choice. Mains very tasty and plentiful. Serve was quick with plenty staff at what was a busy time pre concert.

We have been coming here since they opened in 2005. Right by Squinty Bridge. Family run using 'Auntie's recipes' Pardeep is an excellent host and all the staff are great. Best curry sauce ever, no oil, just smooth fresh tasty sauce. Naan bread just like we got in India, thin and flavoursome. Can be crowded if a concert is on... More

I ate at this restaurant twice, once with the buffet and once a la carte. The meals on both occasions were very good and the buffet was excellent value. The staff were courteous and friendly and both meals were very enjoyable. The restaurant overlooks the Clyde.
