Lovely

We were staying at a hotel about 15 minutes away and we were"t inspired to eat there. Did some searching on TripAdvisor and this one appealed. Very friendly reception and the food proved to be very good and reasonably priced.

4 of us had a great meal and evening out. The menu range was very good and the food was excellent. Portions were just right to comfortably eat 3 courses without feeling bloated. Lovely relaxed atmosphere, excellent service, friendly engaging server. Would recommend it highly.

Our last minute decision to go out for dinner last night meant we didn't want anywhere too fancy just good food. This great wee place hit the mark. First visit on basis of TA reviews and it won't be our last. Chose from their Market menu (2 courses £14) which had a good selection. We both had the Roast Beef... More

A very pleasant dinner with friends on Easter Sunday but service was a bit hit and miss. Staff were very friendly and welcoming but the rather quiet evening seemed to cause them to take their collective eye off the ball and we were left for quite long periods in between courses, particularly between the main course and dessert. Food was... More

Went here for the first time for a friend's birthday. We were all blown away by the high quality food! The market menu is amazing value. Couldn't stop at 2 courses, had to check the sundae was good too - it was! Love the Scottish twist on all the food. Modern fine dining at its best and banter from staff... More

We visited this restaurant for dinner prior to going to the Hydro to watch a show. The waiter was very knowledgeable about the menu but was not much help as he insisted all the meals are delicious. I had the fish and chips and my wife had the roast beef. The waiter was right. Both meals were freshly cooked and... More

Popped in this evening with our three daughters - great food and great chat from the staff. The food was beautifully presented, and tasted as good as it looked.

This place is fantastic value. We had amazing seafood (scallops and langoustines) with some haggis balls as a starter. The haggis balls are so tasty! I'd go back just for them ;-) For mains we had venison (so tasty) and pork belly (huge portion of lovely pork). The value for money is great and the staff are really friendly and... More
