Excellent food, great atmosphere

Lovely restaurant and brasserie in garden style court yard. We ate in the Brasserie and the food was delicious everyone in the group enjoyed what they ordered. It is not the cheapest place to eat but certainly good quality and nice for a special occasion and a good atmosphere and the menu changes regularly for variety if you are a... More

Having had a memorable visit to 'The Chip' a few years back, I we quick to suggest this as an ideal place to dine for a recent special celebration. For a Tuesday night, it was really busy, so the atmosphere was pretty good and the decor was what had made the lasting impression on me before, with the fabulous mezzanine... More

Dined with friends. The court yard was very busy and fully booked but they were able to find us a table upstairs. Overall the service was good however our waitress must have had a long day as she clearly could not wait for her shift to finish. The fact that she also had a very long tear on the back... More

I ate here in March, had scallops for starter and fillet steak for main which were both superb. Great menu with so much choice, all the dishes on our table looked really good. Excellent choice of beers and wine to wash it down, all in a relaxing environment. Staff were very attentive and friendly, 10/10 for this place, if you... More

Visited on a Thursday at about 6pm and got a table in the Brasserie straight away without booking. Lots of options on the menu and the food we all got was very tasty but portions were very small. Staff were very nice.

What an incredible experience! We were treated to an array of flavors, atmosphere and friendliness! The restaurant is exquisitely designed and the decor is so inviting...Trees, water features, a little bridge, artwork. It is a feast for the eyes and the soul. I had been recommended the vegetarian haggis ( as I'm of vegetarian preference), however this dish was just... More

Delicious food in a wonderful plant strewn dining room. Expensive but well worth it for a great experience. Will certainly return when next in Glasgow.

I visited this restaurant with 5 members of my family. It was supposed to be a special occasion and had all bought each other vouchers for Christmas on the basis that we had enjoyed previous visits. Very disappointed on this occasion. Starters were over 40mins arriving and main courses, over an hour, with no explanation from staff. The table next... More

We walked for lunch yesterday, off the street. Early in the week, and a late arrival, so no problem in finding a table. We chose to eat in the slightly more formal courtyard - and its slightly more formal menu where chips didn't really figure. A leafy room, with a mezzanine, running water, carp in the pond. Atmospheric and relaxing.... More
