Very fine example of what a luxury 5 star hotel should be like. Everything about the place is very warm, cosy and welcoming. Roooms are HUGE....roughly the size of my entire flat! fairly expenssive but that is to be expected, in this case you certainly do get what you pay for. more
My husband and I had booked a DBB package through the hotel itself, which we have done on several occasions. We couldn't get a reservation until 9pm (which is late for us!) and thought we would sit in the lounge and enjoy a few drinks before hand. The surroundings were fantastic, from the entrance to the bar where we had a few drinks before dinner. The restaurant area was beautifully decorated and in keeping with a hotel of this class.
