Great night out!

Booked this for my husband and I and another couple for a Saturday night. We were seated at a large booth which was ideal. We had booked the 5pm deal which included two courses and a glass of Prosecco/wine - very good value. The food was delicious. We also ordered couple of bottles of wine which... read more

Went in here just to get something quick and tasty. We weren't disappointed,we had a starter and a main off the set lunch menu for £6.95. This is a great price for what you get. The food was lovely,we had the sea bass which was cooked to perfection. It's a nice friendly atmosphere too and we will be back

My daughter and I visited here by accident- we were going somewhere else and the rain came on so we went into this wonderful place instead! Having said that, I had always liked the look of it so I was glad to get the chance to visit. 2 courses for £6.95 per head seemed too good to be true, but... More

We had passed this place a number of times and decided to pop in for a spot of lunch after some Sunday shopping. The restaurant was modern, airy and the staff were lively and welcoming. There was a good choice on the VERY inexpensive lunch menu and everything we chose was freshly cooked. The portions were very good and the... More

I love going for lunch in the Verona. It's a small intimate family take place. The manager Marco is always very welcoming as are his staff. The lunchtime and pre-theatre menus are a steal and the food is always very good. There is a small but decent wine list as well and it's priced very well. It's always worth trying... More

We went to Glasgow for few days and because the italin food is our favourite we found this restaurant just few minutes from city centre. Was a fantastic evening from a warm welcome to the end. The manager and his stuff made us to feel excellent. Plenty of choices in the menu and a lovely wine list as well. Highly... More

Recently visited this restaurant with family having booked in advance. I am glad we did as we joined a queue so were able to get a table than having to wait for one to become available. We ate from the pre-thatre menu which had numerous options for each course and whilst the meals are generally smaller compared to the a-la... More

Never been here before and won't be rushing back. Food was just your basic average Italian food. I had chicken wings which were poorly cooked and penne arrabbiata which was pretty bland. Everyone's meals arrived at different times and my garlic bread eventually came once I'd finished my main.

Visited here on Tuesday the 28th April, having booked a table for 4 at this restaurant through 5pm. I have previously eaten here & found the food to be good and at a reasonable price for the city centre. On arrival at the restaurant we were greeted by the manager who offered to take our jackets and asked if we... More
