I have been with friends to eat on a few occasions and normally have had a great experience. Unfortunately this time wasn't so good. We had booked a table for a farewell night for a work friend. An hour after arriving, and having ordered food, we were told we would have to leave as the section we... read more

Now this is a pub worth a visit. It has so many nooks and crannies that you seem to get lost there. Iy is almost like somthing from a Harry Potter movie. The atmoshere is awesome and the way it is set out makes one feel like the most happening place to be

Absolutely the BEST mussels in Glasgow, if you like sea food! The presentation is perfect and very cleaver! You gotta go there to find out what I mean... 10 stars out of 5 to the chef!

Very quirky place with lots of different rooms & alcoves - nearly got lost going to the toilet . Midweek afternoon - sun was shining so we sat outside watching the world go by with a few drinks. We would have eaten but wanted to use our taste card . Despite the fact we were already there they wanted us... More

Delightful place to visit for a pint or a meal. We did both on our trip to Glasgow. The food was quickly delivered and the cost of a round didn't break the bank! Coupled with the unusual layout, a must visit whenever you are in Glasgow!

My husband was determined to watch the Liverpool game and found Waxy's showing it on the big screen in Waxy's basement. Comfy leather couches, dim lighting, great food. Loved the stuffed chicken supreme. The bar is a fun place to look around and feels like you're in a treehouse. Love the place.

Went as a group. We all had pre-chosen. Starter was good, served quickly. No delay clearing and serving next course. Main was a burger which was overdone and dry, but the chips were good. However, dessert took nearly an hour! Cheesecake! Drinks were expensive.

The interior of the place is awesome. Plenty of menu options and the Sunday Roast plate is excellent. Great Pints and whiskeys. Sunday is a pick-up day for local musicians starting at about 4:00 pm and these guys were well worth coming to see.
