Best brunch in the West

Cafezique is the no.1 breakfast/brunch/lunch/dinner destination for many across Glasgow. With their chilled atmosphere it is an ideal place to head if feeling fragile on a Sunday morning, looking for a chance to have a catch up, or a family meal out. We were lured in by the chilled west end vibe this place exudes but unfortunately left disappointed both by the lack lustre staff and time it took for food to arrive. We ordered coffee and scones and waited almost thirty minutes. I understand the pace is slower in the west end but come on! The coffee was punchy and the... More

Family brunch on Sunday, delicious as ever and always a good standard. Staff are efficient and friendly. Only down side is that you can't book at weekends and it is very busy.

Set in Glasgow's increasingly trendy West End, Cafezique offers quality local Scottish fare at a reasonable price. We went there for Sunday Brunch and were full till tea-time. The full Scottish breakfast does not disappoint with amazing Stornaway balck pudding and local sausages, bacon and eggs, with rustic home-made bread (gluten free available). Only downside - small cups of coffee,... More

This restaurant was close to where we stayed in Glasgow and was busy all day, each time we passed. When we ate there, the menu was quirky, but none the worse for it. Dishes were flavoursome and great value for money.

I visit the West End of Glasgow three times a year and always head here for breakfast. Scrambled local eggs, home-style whole-wheat toast made on the broiler, a capuccino and the local paper. I always have the same thing - why mess with perfection? And the locals fill up the place as the morning progresses. What's not to like?

Visited Cafezique as a birthday surprise from my Husband. The menu Is very imaginative and although we have eaten in some super places in Glasgow it was good to see different dishes available. All our dishes were beautifully cooked and presented nothing pretentious. The service was very attentive and the restaurant had a good vibe, everyone looked like they were... More

Enjoyed dinner here. Tasty food, good service and decent value. Quirky diner in the West End, with nice atmosphere and interesting menu. Recommend.

Great little cafe for breakfast/brunch! Great orange juice and potato scones! Highly recommend! Also popped by the deli next door to pick up a piece of brownie and chocolate and pecan tart for desert the same evening - also amazing!

We were given a itison voucher as a present, amazingly this did not affect the menu choices. The restaurant is a cosy place with an amazing buzz of chatter & sizzles from the open kitchen. We both had fish the food & flavour combinations were second to none. We will definitely be back in the near future!
