Did you hear the joke about the new restaurant opened on the moon- its got no atmosphere. Sorry, thats much to harsh. Coffee was fine, service prompt, and staff trying to get there with a smile etc, not always easy in the service industry. This place has great potential but is still a little... read more

A really good soup and simple sandwich which make you feel better. The name and the decoration are also really nice.

The guys that work there are super polite, the soups are just mesmerising and let me not even start talking about how soft their bread is!!!! This place is a MUST! :)

The meal deal used to be great, soup, sandwich, fruit and a drink for £5. And the was delicious. We went today and instead of having to queue the place was empty. A person with absolutely zero knowledge of how to make soup is obviously in the kitchen. We tried both flavours on offer. They seemed devoid of stock or... More

Although in the cheap eats category, way too expensive for what it serves! It used to have much more choice for lunch, i.e. more sandwiches and soups. Basically, for the same amount of money, you can get way better food (choice and quality) elsewhere.

Liked the old Naked Soup, seen it was under new management so went to see what it was like. It was brilliant! Can't speak high enough of it. Food quality was excellent, good menu and staff were great. I now go most days for lunch. Highly recommend it.

They've taken pancakes off the menu - this in itself is a terrible state of affairs. The menu says the French toast and bacon comes with 'Canadian maple syrup' but the jug had golden syrup. We asked if we could have maple syrup, they brought out the bottle to show that it was 'maple syrup flavoured golden syrup'. Right. No... More

The tasty soups, stylish decor and friendly staff make this little place a wee gem tucked away in a busy part of town! With a few tables outside that catch the sunshine, its a really relaxed spot! I really enjoyed my lunch today and I couldn't get enough of the delicious bread served with my soup! You can taste that... More

Naked Soup and it's lentil, sweet potato and coconut soup has been a faithful comfort since my uni days. Over the years I've recommended it to friends, family and colleagues and they have all shared my love for the soup. I was slightly apprehensive when I heard 'new management' had taken over..and rightly so. Changes to the decor aside the... More

If you need a sustaining lunch well prepared and charmingly served, head to Naked Soup. They always have a selection of three or four home made, unusual and delicious soups and a range of baguettes, sandwiches and snacky lunch dishes e.g. Nachos. You always leave feeling well fed and ready to face the world.
