Great food!

Wonderful Italian menu with different dishes from the usual range. Friendly welcoming service and a lovely atmosphere. Not surprised it is popular!

Visited with my boyfriend for dinner on 4th Feb thought we would try it since it had such great reviews. Was very disappointed I had bruschetta which was very greasy and didn't have much taste and then the lasagne which was average but again greasy. That night both myself and my boyfriend were sick and both put it down to... More

First time been there, truly exceptional food. Lovely bruschetta, but the artisan pasta with venison ragu was to die for. Great portions and top quality ingredients, best meat I've ever had. Home made tiramisu was delicious too and so was the cakes selection. Small wine list but good quality and small prices. Good selection of home made digestive liquers too.... More

We had a lovely family meal from the pre-theatre menu. Lots of choice for each course. We all made different choices but we were all very happy with our meals. The staff were excellent and very efficient. The atmosphere was charming. Will definitely return.

One of the best Italians in glasgow for quality of food, menu and setting! Slightly more expensive but well worth it. Staff are very welcoming and friendly! Be sure to book in advance as its a small restaurant and always busy even during the week! A hidden gem!!

Lovely and attentive staff. Food is to die for, really authentic italian. We've been there several times and every time has been a great experience. We love sea food and we always choose "paccheri ai frutti di mare" and "calamari fritti". But if you are lucky enough chefs can surprise you every time with some specials of the day. Thanks... More

Sapori is a lovely restaurant on the south side of Glasgow, very close to Hampden Park. It serves fantastic food at very reasonable prices. My wife had bruschetta followed by meal balls, and I had Parma ham followed by cannelloni. We both thought the food was well prepared and very tasty. The staff were friendly, and kindly reseated us away... More

Having been here a couple of times before we had a family meal on Sunday evening. I chose this time from the early evening menu, great value for money! Always busy, so best to book. Cosy atmosphere and attentive service.

t'was like stepping into a family run trattoria in naples or rome. genuine home cooking prepared by a master. the seafood pasta was outstanding, the wine excellent and modestly priced. all in all, a night out in italy on the south side of glasgow.
