I can honestly say i think this is the best indians in Glasgow by a mile!! I always get the Lamb Bhoona as I am very fussy with Lamb but it is so tender from here and curry is so delicious also tried a few chicken curries and the garlic Nann is cooked to perfection, making my mouth water typing... Went for lunch and had some of the best indian food I have had - and as an avid curry fan that is saying something! I had paneer with spring onions curry and the flavours were amazing, my husband had a smoked minced lamb which was very unusual but also delicious! For little ones who are not so fond of... More

Not really much more to say than that. Always make sure there's a free evening when I'm up in Scotland for a decent Glasgow curry and this has probably taken over from Balbirs (which is also excellent) as my favourite place to go. All the elements are just right. The Monkfish curry is outstanding, but have really enjoyed everything I've... More

Ate here on a quite Saturday afternoon and while the restaurant has a lovely ambience we just felt with their limited menu, BUT tasty the cost was hardly value for money even with just 1 drink each we felt £55 was a bit overpriced and believe these prices are a mere reflection of where the restaurant is situated.

Had not been here for a wee while and was delighted to return. Such good value for money, especially as its a BYOB too! My friend did not want anything too spicy and the staff were great in recommending dishes and even offering to adapt dishes to make them milder. We shared wonderful fresh vegetable pakora and aubergine fritters -... More

I ate here tonight, the staff were very friendly and the food was excellent. I sat in and I had 2 mince samosas, 2 bottles of diet coke, Lamb Karahi and boiled rice and 2 chapatis.. for the princely sum of £14.50 to be honest i feel cheated as i have passed this place hundred of times and opted for... I was a little concerned when we first entered the restaurant as it looked a little suspect. We had attempted to go to the main Mother India restaurant but they couldn't accommodate our group of 10 and sent us here. The food turned out to be very good and we weren't disappointed. The service, as noted by others, was pleasant... More

I went with my family for lunch; the food was good but service needs improvement. The ambience of the restaurant was average.

Food was very good, different from your normal 'Indian'. Setting was good but felt like we were a hindrance, an annoyance to the staff. Bill came and included was a £20 gratitude charge- wrong, I'm the customer and I decide whether the service warranted a tip of appreciation. In this case it didn't so it's no good frowning at me...
