Food was relatively prompt and reasonably priced. The visit would have been alot nicer had it not been from the foul language from one of the staff. Janice or jackie or whatever her name was, her language was disgusting and having 2 children with us, pretty much sealed the fact we wont be back. Poor show.

Early evening visit on a Monday for a quick bite before a comedy gig nearby. Been in a couple of times for drinks and been impressed. So this time we added some grub into the mix. It's a converted schoolhouse, if the name didn't give it away. It's in student land in the west end, but don't let this put... More

Visited The Old School House a few times and it has never failed to impress. Staff and Management are first class. Beers are always good and the food is what you would expect. Highly recommend!!

This Belhaven pub has the usual selection of meals to choose from and all the meals look very good! The service is great, the staff are so friendly and there is never a long wait for food, they also have a great selection of beer and lagers. Usual Belhaven fare, decent food at a decent price. We'll be back... Sláinte

I go here often as I am a student in the nearby university. The pub has a good selection of meals to choose from and all meals are very tasty! The service is great, all staff are so friendly and there is never a long wait for food. Also the pub holds a student discount which is great for us... More

I love coming here, it has a relaxing and homely atmosphere. My friends and I are over regularly as our university building is just across the road. The food is always nice and staff are always asking how we are and are very friendly. Would recommend here for a meal out as I have always had good service.

Went here last week purely due to its close proximity to my Uni with friends. The pub is very well decorated and has a nice feel to it however the food lets this place down. The high prices do not reflect on the quality of food at all. Food is not great and certainly doesn't in any way merit the... More

Found this place after visiting 'Coopers' in Kelvinbridge (same pub chain, Belhaven) and seeing the pubs within their group displayed on a poster in the Gents and What a find! !!. An old school converted into a pub, great atmosphere and a cracking seating area at it's entrance. For me this place is a winner with Guinness at £3.00 per... More

Been here quite a few times at various times of the day and have always found it a very well run place. I would like to mention two visits which move it up to one of my favourite watering holes. I had been dog-sitting one day on one of the few hot days this summer. After a fairly long walk... More
