I bought a livingsocial voucher for ocho for a cream tea for 4. I visited ocho with my Dad, my Daughter and my friend. The scones were lovely smothered in jam and cream, the sandwiches were lovely and freshly made with a great selection of fillings and the pot of tea was a good size with enough for 3 cups... More

Had booked afternoon tea with my daughter and 4 month old granddaughter today. As soon as we opened the door and stepped inside with the pram the manager shouted "no prams allowed in here". My granddaughter was asleep in the pram, the rain was torrential outside. There was no-one in the restaurant except us and 2 men standing at the... More

Very pleasant and enjoyable, though small this restaurant functions very well, and the fact that it is busy speaks volumes. Staff very pleasant and chatty, sandwiches fresh with tasty fillings, and delicious scones, served with butter, jam and fresh cream. Most enjoyable. My only criticism, would be finding Speirs Wharf, very badly signposted. Come on Glasgow you can do better.

I've gone to Ocho Cafe for years and some of the reviews on here are downright pathetic. People moaning that not every single item is homemade. Most of these people are paying £5 per head, yet expect homemade bread, a dozen freshly baked cakes, pots of tea or a coffee, a huge selection of sandwiches and whatever wake meets their... More

Awful waitress grumpy & argumentative poor customer service not worth the money. No idea how to manage vouchers accused us of trying to do her. Such a shame as lovely venue though small.

Worst Afternoon Tea experience ever. The staff totally confused our booking and accused us of having already used our voucher which we hadn't. The tea was one coffee, six small triangle sandwiched and a scone each. There was no effort to impress in range or quality. Disappointinting experience.

We went at lunchtime. There were only two staff there, the chef and the waitress. Seeing only a few others sitting in, we asked for a table (all were reserved but when we explained to the waitress that we would not have much time and could not be there long, she let us have a table). We ordered what we... More
