Small and friendly with a bit more extensive menu than the usual coffee shop - and reasonable prices. It is difficult to find as the entrance is not on Main Street but round the back up a stair with no signs. No wi-fi either. There is a car park but access is from the unsurfaced track known as Ferry Road.
Lunched here recently with a friend. Although this is a small place there is always a pleasant welcome on arrival. Food is always fresh and home-made to customers' requirements. Charges are very reasonable. Well worth a visit.
As we live quite close to this restaurant we visit often and have never been any less than delighted with the food and service. Winifreds is a small privately owned establishment where you take your own alcohol along (no corkage fee - bargain).
