I had the privilege of visiting this establishment prior to a day of shoe shopping with my girlfriend and it certainly provided a fantastic start to the ordeal!! Everything id freshly prepared and you can really taste the difference...I had the home made soup and roast beef wrap deal which was delicious....but I must admit that I was jealous of... More

After an early start it was time for some breakfast - where to go? Using the trip advisor app we were directed to Cafe Wander which is a cosy basement diner in the city centre. The service is warm and friendly and and the fresh orange juice is exactly that. Food is cooked to order and our full breakfast certainly... More

Dove in here for a brew when it started chucking it down! We had just had a meal out, so we were too full for cake, but I'd definitely go back to sample the food! Staff are so kind and friendly and took time to chat to us and make us feel welcome. Would definitely recommend! :)

A busy cafe where we have a great panini and a very generous chicken caesar salad. In centre of city so well recommended. They have at least two homemade soups each day plus one lunchtime special.

Yet another lunch with even more ladies, what a popular place this has turned out to be, what a find. The food is varied and very affordable, even if you don't get into town that often the staff still remember you and give you a lovely welcome. Well worth a visit.

This is a cozy little café hidden away down a side street in the city centre and is ideal for a breakfast or light lunch away from the chaos of the shops. We went here for breakfast and were warmly greeted and presented with a menu with lots of choice. It was fairly busy and also has an array of... More

the staff were really nice, and the cakes were heavenly. What a nice litle place, almost overseen because it is below street level. Definitely worth a look down :-D

As I'm boycotting the major coffee chains (due to non-payment of tax and/or bad coffee), we are exploring some independent options. So we sought out Cafe Wander, as it's near the city centre, but also a bit off the beaten track. The staff were very friendly, and happy to adapt the menu to suit our desires (if required). We enjoyed... More
