Situated on Mitchell St, Barolo Grill is two minutes walk from Central Station, Queen Street Station and the Buchanan St Underground Station. Ideal for a business lunch in one of our comfortable booths, celebrations and large parties, graduations and even just to take the weight off your feet while shopping with a well earned glass of Prosecco. The clue is in the name, as they say - and Barolo Grill is no exception. We pride ourselves on our top quality Scottish steaks, meats and seafood, cooked to perfection, and served with a contemporary Italian touch. Our extensive wine list offers the best in Italian varietals, and of course a superb selection of Barolo wines. We also specialise in superb focaccia and pizza, baked in our traditional Italian pizza oven and topped with fresh ingredients.

Great Service

We went here on a Sunday Night for dinner. Food was good. Service was Excellent. We were the last to leave but we didn't feel rushed or hassled at all. One of our group left her glasses behind and returned the next day to collect them from the very helpful and pleasant staff. Thank You.

Classy restaurant with some great menu options. Booked a table online less than 2 hours before. Meet and greet within seconds of walking through the door. Wine served a few minutes later and the food was brought out rapidly too. Excellent quality food and presented on the plate very well. What works very well is I noticed that the waitresses... More

3 of us visited Saturday early evening (about 7pm) mid August and managed to get a table without booking although it was very busy. After a very brief wait were shown to a table and very quickly asked for our drinks order which was delivered without any delay. Excellent meal and a fabulous antipasto starter. Surf and turf on huge steaks if you haven't eaten for a week! Nice ambience and to be recommended. Fair value!

The staff was very welcoming and engaged with us without being overwhelming. Provided valuable advise on must sees in Scotland. The relaxed unhurried atmosphere provided an enjoyable dining experience. The food was fabulous, with the best Tiramisu in Scotland! Ate there numerous times. Lunch and dinner.

Birthday treat weekend and, oh my, what a treat!! It took a little while to order but got drinks quickly. We started with prawns and garlic which was strong garlic but nice all the same and we had some tomato and mozzarella bruschetta which was lovely. Then for the steak, it was cooked perfectly, a lovely juicy steak with perfectly... More

Excellent food, good portion sizes, friendly staff. I am gluten free and the menu was clearly marked for both gf and vegetarians. The options for both weren't limited like you find in some places

Visited this restaurant recently for the first time. I had bean soup to start and my wife had fish cake. Both were delicious. We followed up with sirloin steak for me which was as good as I have had and my wife had the sea bream which I tasted and it was lovely. I had the merangue with berries(yummy) and... More
