Situated on Mitchell St, Barolo Grill is two minutes walk from Central Station, Queen Street Station and the Buchanan St Underground Station. Ideal for a business lunch in one of our comfortable booths, celebrations and large parties, graduations and even just to take the weight off your feet while shopping with a well earned glass of Prosecco. The clue is in the name, as they say - and Barolo Grill is no exception. We pride ourselves on our top quality Scottish steaks, meats and seafood, cooked to perfection, and served with a contemporary Italian touch. Our extensive wine list offers the best in Italian varietals, and of course a superb selection of Barolo wines. We also specialise in superb focaccia and pizza, baked in our traditional Italian pizza oven and topped with fresh ingredients.

Best meal we have had in a very long time

Went out for a meal here with my mum last night before a night out in Glasgow, food was absolutely amazing and the service was spot on too, I will most definitely be back soon!

A wide range of Italian food with a good selection of ante pasta. I had an excellent pizza alla marinara. I have eaten there before and the food has always been excellent and the staff polite and attentive.

Had dinner with a colleague and was impressed with the service and quality of the food. It is at the higher end of the price range but you get what you pay for, so no complaints there! We had a very attentive manager and although it was a Sunday evening the atmosphere was good.

Nestled one block from Buchannan street hustle and bustle and near to central station this restaurant provides a quiet haven of good food and nice ambience.

Was there with a group of people, not booked, but there were p,entry tables, might have been the first warning sign..... Three of our party had starters, seafood platter, which was amazing! Set the six of us up for thinking we were in for a treat. Sadly not, the mains were either small servings, undercooked or just plain awful. The... More

Was treated to a very pleasant lunch at Barolo's. First time in this place but there on a recommendation and it did not disappoint. Service was good, the restaurant very well set out with booths giving privacy. The food was well prepared and fresh - Spaghetti scagliola and ravioli. Portion size could have been better seeing as both mains came... More

My good Lady had dined in this wee gem on a couple of occasions with various friends, but last Saturday evening she dropped in after a little shopping trip with the daughters, a fortune spent but not at the restaurant as their prices were reasonable. They all enjoyed what they had and all had different meals. So on the Monday... More

For the price we paid (£80 for two including wine) I would have hoped for something rather better. There was nothing actually wrong with any of the food it was just that some of it was a bit underwhelming.

Visited Barolo Grill for the second time yesterday. We didn't have a reservation but we were seated at a lovely booth at the window. The staff were very attentive and the food was delicious. We had the option of the full a la carte menu or the fixed price menu. The options on the fixed price menu were excellent so... More
