Stumbled upon this gem by accident. Great atmosphere. Was busy and had a great terrace outside too. Definitely be back.

Went here for lunch today with my husband. Don't let the basement location put you off, it was great. The girl who served us was very nice and the food was very tasty. Great portion size and the people around us had a variety of different food all of which was eaten. Had a lovely cocktail with my spaghetti carbonara.... More

I love this place! Have eaten here several times now and have always found the staff friendly and attentive, the food amazing and brilliant value for money! Have tried a variety of things from the menu and have never had a bad meal! Best chips ever too! Recommend blackened Cajun chicken or the steak pie yum!

Good location, cheap food & drinks and even better music. Sunday nights are particularly good. Recently refurbished.

My friend and I were in a rush before a movie, so decided to try this place for pre-theater deal, however we were disappointed. Even though the price was good, the quality of food was really poor, burgers were cold and meet was too dry. Waitress, who welcomed us was friendly but quite slow, as we only had an hour... More

Small but atmospheric and cheap. The bar staff are also much livelier than most places in town. What else can I say really?

Don't be put off by the sports bar feel, the food is good. We had the pre-theatre deal - £8.45 for 2 courses, no menu restrictions. I had the pate and a burger, my husband had nachos and the chicken burger, all fresh and tasty. Nice presentation and friendly staff. One suggestion - use a soft burger bun rather than... More

This great little bar makes an ideal venue for pre-theatre food and drinks. It's only a short walk from the Kings Theatre. They serve the usual bar food, burgers, pizzas etc, but the quality is excellent and prices are even better. The drinks are cheap here too and they seem to have promos on everytime I visit. My colleagues and... More

Nice little "hole in the wall". The waitress gave us awesome advice about Scotland. Can't beat the 2 pound drinks! I wish we were there on a weekend night!
