Average and Straightforward Place for a Hot Drink and a Bite to eat

Dropped in for coffee after a visit to the nearby Oxfam Bookshop and found the staff friendly, efficient, honest (the change was short but corrected before I noticed) and service was quick. It's a busy area so parking is difficult and watch out for the traffic. The Glasgow Underground is nearby and... read more

The staff are rude in this cafe. Felt like they thought I was scum. I only wanted to try a flat white for the first time and was hit with snide patter like "you can't have a large one" and giggling. So apparently they only come in small, well would be nice to be told this instead of snide comments... More

Great place for coffee and something light to eat. Staff are always cheerful and helpful. Nice to see regulars too.

It was a lovely warm day in August so I sat outside and enjoyed the glorious weather. Had a vanilla milkshake (2.70) and an Empire Biscuit (1.65) not cheap but very tasty. I chose Vanilla because they had 91 flavours of milkshake to choose from and didn't have the time to consider all those choices. Staff were nice and friendly... More

Been here regularly over the years. I am not the type of person that goes to the same place all the time as I like variety. However, this is one on my list of cafes that I always return to. They do a great soup and sandwich lunch deal for a fiver I think. Mostly I just go for the... More

The staff here are just plain rude. I can't believe my experience I have had here. I came to atrium in the west end of glasgow with my fiancé and my 24 month old niece. Not much truly healthy options for my niece and considering she isn't actually my child I didn't want to feed her things that her mother... More

I have been there once and the customer service was poor (no table service), I have asked to move a chair and I have been answered very rudely. Food was ok , the coffe was water with a drop of milk. People like these shouldn 't work... I really recommend to get a nice coffee somewhere else where the customer... More

I go to atrium all the time. The coffee is ok, food is below average and the prices are crazy. But, I continued to go until today. Today, I stopped in to get 2 coffees, probably going to cost me about £5 altogether. However, as I lost my purse the night before I had my tips which was admittedly a... More

I work nearby and visit the Atrium regularly - it's a great wee coffee shop with nice staff, excellent coffee and a good choice of cakes.

While I was at the till a waitress moved my 6 month old baby without my consent, understandably my daughter let out a loud cry. When I asked if I could settle up after I soothed my baby I was told no. I've never encountered such rudeness in my life. I will certainly not be back and will be advising... More
