Been in several times when everywhere else is busy. Poor service (collect your own coffee at the end of the counter) poor value and cramped seating. Plus a nice touch where a notice is displayed telling you in a polite way that as soon as you have finished your drink ***s off. Glad to!

The waitresses in this cafe were abominably rude. When asking for a fork I was looked at like a stray dog and told to 'ask my colleague'. The 'colleague' was then equally cold to me. The waiter told us he would bring the coffee over to us, which we were subsequently called up to collect. The coffee must have been... More

I was a regular at this coffee house as it has a nice buzz about it and good coffee but today I had a bad experience tere. I returned a sandwich and the attitude of the owner was terrible. He would do nothing about it. He knew I was a regular and I said I would not be back. His... More

I have visited Atrium for takeaway coffee twice before today which I had no complaints about. Coffee was fine, it was filter so can't go wrong. Service not bad but nothing spectacular. Today I was 'greeted' by a girl to whom I had to repeat my order to 3 times until she got it right. Also she held out her... More

The staff was helpful and efficient, the prices were reasonable, and there was plenty of seating both indoors and outside.

I was told recently that the management had changed, so thought to give it a re-try. Three very cheery, helpful female staff seem to be in charge, and the atmosphere is markedly better. So much so, that we gave it a second re-try - much to our enjoyment (and relief that it was still very good).

everything fail, poor service, huffy, milk sitting out going sour. Owner has a bad attitude, think he drinks to much coffee. Burnt cheese smell, low to standard food quality, go anywhere else when near byers rd.

Visited Atrium with a group of friends recently and was taken aback by the rudeness of the person serving me.I asked for a white coffee and the response was direct, asking me to clarify what I wanted and said with an air of irritation. This is the the second time this has happened and it really is not good enough... More

Good lunch spot with a variety of paninis and sandwiches on offer - their soup and sandwich lunch deal is good value. Wide selection of coffees and speedy service, cannot be faulted. Would recommend the cajun veg panini especially!
