Delicious, informal.

Booked Cafe Source through 5pm.com £25 per person for 3 courses including bottle of wine for 2. The food was excellent, the service was good and what a fantastic venue. Definitely go back.

The two pints of "craft beer" for my son and I, for which I paid £4.60 each, might have been described as "religious", with deep clerical collars of foam rather than the full amounts of liquid one might have expected for this price. The salmon bagel at £7.25 which my wife ordered was barely toasted and by her account, very... More

I went along to Cafe Source with a couple of friends for our bi-monthly food and chat. I always end up being the one who books, and like us to go somewhere to impress and enjoy - and Cafe Source did not disappoint! The Haddock Macaroni Cheese I had as my main course was delicious - and a portion fit... More

So lovely to find a deal for valentine's day two or three courses with glass of wine. Delicious food, lovely atmosphere and unusual surroundings that were so atmospheric. A party of six, well served, friendly staff, we were having pre theatre deal. Great.

We went here last week for the first time and I was very impressed by the place. Interesting menu with a lot of different and unusual choices. Service was good ( until they forgot about my friends order)? and the food was lovely. Will go back.

We had a super meal here. The ambience is a curious mixture of modern lighting and traditional - and it works! The service was attentive without being intrusive. The choice from the menu is limited but supplemented by the specials board. The food was super, tasty and well presented. I'd go again.

Visited here for my boyfriends birthday, a group of 6 of us. Lovely meal, seen it advertised on 5pm and decided to give it a go as the menu looked lovely and great value for money. It was! We weren't disappointed, thoroughly enjoyed our meal and would definitely return.

Had our dinner at Cafe Source before going to a Celtic Connections gig at St Andrews in the Square upstairs. The food was amazing, and I would recommend the pre-theatre deal as being the best value for money anywhere.
