I was here yesterday on my works Christmas lunch. Our table was booked for 2pm and we were told on advance that we would have to be out by 4pm. We were requested to submit our choices in advance-so 5 mins after being shown to our seat, our starters were on the table. We had not been approached by anyone... More

I visited for Christmas Lunch with 7 friends yesterday. It cost £22.50 and included a 3 course meal, a glass of wine, coffee and mini mince pies. We had various choices on each course, each with good portions and everyone was delighted with their meal on every course. The service was very fast and cheerful and there was such a good... More

The St Andrews Hall is stunning and looked really good. The organisation of such and event takes a lot of time and effort. The cafe source team were... More

Although I am not a great fan of basement restaurants, I will just have to get used to them, as many excellent restaurants in Glasgow are now 'downstairs'. Cafe Source is a basement restaurant and a very good one at that. We have been there with friends several times over the last few months and all the various meal choices... More

Visited yesterday for a work night out - price was £42.50 a head for "3 Course Meal, Coffee/Tea, Mince Pies, Christmas Crackers, Ceilidh, Disco and VAT." The venue was very full, with guests at long rectangular tables covered in paper tablecloths. There were Christmas crackers at each place setting; curiously they were Canadian with trivia questions and jokes about Canadian... More

Had the Cullen Skink for starters and it was one of the best ever. Rest of the meal was equally good and everyone in our party really enjoyed their choices. Staff also very good. Only downside is the level of background noise, as all the surfaces are hard so sounds reflected throughout, but I will return as the food is... More

We booked here for our Works Christmas dinner and we were not disappointed. The food was superb everyone enjoyed their meal which is a hard task where 20 people are involved, portions were fantastic and all dishes beautifully presented and tasty. Food service was quick and precise only criticism really is we were booked for £25 per person for 3... More

We booked the 2 course plus glass of wine offer through 5pm. Service was prompt and attentive. Our portions were large, which pleasantly surprised us since it was a deal. The food was fresh and tasty. I will definitely return.
