Had a very enjoyable meal on Sunday at this nice little restaurant, the food was very good had two starters soup and scallops and Stornaway black pudding it was excellent and not over salted as food often is. Will certainly go again. Reservation on Sundays is essential.

Went to this place last weekend with my dad and flatmate. I knew by reading reviews that I needed to book in advance which I did. It was surprisingly very quiet this Sunday. Decoration is very homely and you can clearly see a great attention to detail is given at all time. Waitresses were very nice, making sure we were... More

This is a small but cosy bistro with great staff a huge menu and wonderful puddings. Book it as very popular just down the road from Firhill the home of... More

My wife and I have been fortunate to eat at all 10 of TA's top Glasgow's restaurants, but BSB is tops for us!! The menu is very extensive - 3 choices of soups, 9 for main course, and 11 for desserts Food is excellent - portion sizes a bit big, as a previous reviewer noted, but easier to leave than... More

Ate here last night and throughly enjoyed the whole experience. Wide choice on menu from basics such as Macaroni (delicious!) to more complex chicken/lamb dishes. The starter of black pudding, potato scone and poached egg was a thing to behold (and eat!) and was a meal in itself. Service was extremely friendly and ambience was very pleasant. Hidden away, this... More

Had dinner at the Black Sheep Bistro tonight for the 1st time. Myself, wife and son (8). Really friendly staff, happy to cater for my son. Food wasn't anything fancy however the quality was excellent and plentiful. I had the Balmoral chicken and it was huge, my wife had the Beef Stroganoff and my son had fish and chips which... More

We visited on a Wednesday evening and it the best meals we have had in Scotland. My husband and I enjoy experimenting with different foods but his parents like traditional British food and are very fussy eaters. We done a bit of research on where to eat before booking The Black Sheep and even then I was still worried .... More

4 of us went on sunday evening and all of us were very happy with the food and service from our waitress. All have said they will go back with other friends. It is a little place with traditional style home cooked food but all is cooked well and portions are generous with all of us choosing a different dish... More

One of the worst experiences of my life. Phoned in the afternoon to advise that 2 of our party had to call off. Got a phone call 30 minutes before due to arrive asking where we were. Politely discussed with aggressive caller that very sorry but couldn't possibly have booked their suggested time as we were all still at work.... More
