Lovely little restaurant run by adorable ladies. Typically Scottish dishes with superb presentation. Leave room in your stomach for desserts. To have a truly scottish experience, try the lamb shoulder and famous sticky toffee pudding.

Was on business from London and having looked at reviews I was excited to visit this place. The staff made me feel so welcome and the chef herself even delivered my meal personally. Great hearty meal and also good service from staff who made the experience personable. Very enjoyable and will definitely be visiting when I'm back in Glasgow. Had... More

Ate here on Sunday night with 4 other friends. So looking forward all day Sunday and tried not to eat too much so that I could do my meal justice! Thought about a main and dessert but, reluctantly, opted for starter of tatie scone, black pudding and poached egg and my favourite dessert of all time, puff candy meringue and... More

I wish there were more places like Black Sheep. Honest to goodness, tasty food. I had taken heed of the reviews about the generous portions and the fantastic puds, so we'd really not eaten much all day in order to do it justice. Had booked ahead, which is a must to avoid disappointment. It is obvious that the Black Sheep... More

We came here on the last night of our honeymoon, staying over in Glasgow so we didn't really know where to go. As we didn't know much about the restaurant we arrived a little overdressed (it's a pretty chilled out little place) but we're make to feel hugely welcome my both waitresses who were very genuine and attentive. The food... More

Went to The Black Sheep on a recommendation of a friend. We were not at all disappointed!! Three courses of delicious food at an amazing price.. I had Haggis in a whiskey sauce and it was out of this world. We also had Fish and Chips(fish was huge)...Tables were laid out well for the restricted space, booking early is advised... More

Very friendly place, where food is outstanding and portions are ready for the hungriest. Make sure you leave enough room for the desserts, they are a must try!!! The black sheep beer is very good also
