The food is always very good with little extras such as haggis bon-bon appetizers and a cep amuse bouche included. It's less pretentious than it sounds! Drinks are a little on the expensive side, beware which gin you choose! Serving staff are friendly and efficient. The tasting menu gives you the opportunity to try something a little different, although it... More

Delicious food, attention to detail, and exciting seasonal flavours. Its a bit of an adventure eating here, and I often try things I wouldn't elsewhere due to the exceptional cooking. The service is superb without being OTT. The market menu at lunch times is incredibly good value and you are never made to feel like you have taken the cheap... More

The tasting menu was a delight from start to finish. Top quality ingredients were obviously used to create wonderful dishes. Although all absolutely delicious, the final dish of plum souffle was to die for. Service is very friendly and efficient. Never had anything other than an excellent meal in Cail Bruich. Thoroughly recommend,

We took elderly relatives from the outer Hebrides for a special meal in the early evening. The market menu suited everyone and the very high quality of the food was remarked on throughout the meal. The time we had the table for was rather tight but was made up for by the excellent value of the market menu and the... More

We absolutely love Cail Bruich, it is by far our favourite restaurant in Glasgow, and possibly anywhere else too. We have eaten at some lovely Michelin Star restaurants, and the food at Cail Bruich is definitely up there with the best of them! What makes it stand out for us is the atmosphere, it is relaxed and informal, yet the... More

A leading light in Glasgow for several years now, and showing no sign of slowing up. A chef-run restaurant and you can tell, with such carefully sourced ingredients, great cooking and a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Not to be missed if visiting Glasgow, and should be a regular fixture for foodie weegies :)

We have eaten in Cail Bruich now around 5-6 times and it is consistently excellent and in a different class from most Glasgow restaurants. From the opening plate of appetisers through to the dessert everything is quality. Service is friendly but not obtrusive and the dry martini well made which is important! The place looks like your local restaurant but... More

One of the best parts of moving to Glasgow is that we're so close to Cail Bruich. Each time we go, we're introduced to wonderful new dishes, and re-introduced to old favorites prepared in wonderful new (to us) ways.

Visited with neighbours and husband for my birthday . We enjoyed the culinary delights of the market menu and savoured a delightful glass of wine . Thank you again for another memorable evening .
