Been here a couple of times, business, friends and as a couple, each time the food as been too class. Service however can be a little hit and miss, sometimes it's amazing other times it seems they couldn't care less about serving Either way their chefs are the best part of this place

Went to celebrate a birthday we all had the large ribeye on the bone the steaks were gristly and inedible they were replaced by fillet steaks which were tasteless. I don't know if it was a bad night but it certainly spoiled our evening. Don't mind paying for quality but that's not what we got, they reduced the bill by... More

Four of us had 2 Tafelspitz roasts for two the roast could not be bettered A great place to go for a special occasion and thoroughly enjoyed the meal The desserts were particularly good Not the cheapest place but good value for what you get. We hope to return soon for another treat Total cost was £112 minus the £35... More

I have now been twice to the Butchershop and it's undoubtably the best steak I've had. Each steak is cooked with care and attention to a succulent perfection. The service is at a very high standard and you are always warmly welcomed in. The only slight negative would be that it is quite expensive. However, you definitely get what you... More

Had heard about this place years ago and always wanted to visit. I was not to be disappointed! Visited this evening in a group of three. We hadn't booked but we're told we could avail of a table in about 45mins. We had a drink from the bar and exactly 45mins later we were shown to our table. Even though... More

I went to the butchershop on a busy Saturday night, and I was very impressed with my meal. I had been a while back and thoroughly enjoyed it, but this time the meal was even better. My partner and I both had starters from the a la carte, I had the steak tartare and she had the soft shell crabs.... More
