Great starters, great mains. We're big fans of Italian food, and this is simply one of the best. Glasgow Meets Italy - it's like being there. We dined here on a Sunday evening - and I'm always expecting a lower standard than other days- but this was fantastic all round.

We had been for lunch before but last night was our first evening visit. The food was fantastic, as usual with good selections of starters, mains and sweets to chose from. The staff were very welcoming and good fun. We will definitely be back again.

Been meaning to seek out and visit this deli and restaurant for months after 'discovering' it online. What a fantastic discovery when we finally managed it last night. A great, truly authentic 'Italian' with a good menu , good ambience, friendly efficient staff and truly delicious food. Even the pasta on its own was of superb quality. After dinner we... More

Love the food at this very busy little restaurant. On my most recent visit we had tapas (served only on Wednesday). They were amazing, especially the scallops. I can also recommend the pizza and capresse salads from previous visits. Friendly staff, even though they are so busy. Large servings too. Definitely worth a visit!

Had a lovely dinner here tonight for our first time based on all the great reviews inc Daily Record, and thoroughly enjoyed the 'Swing' themed live music night. Great value for £35pp, 3 courses from a varied menu inc steak, pasta, pizza, seabass as mains. Service was a friendly welcome & very well looked after by Brian and rest of... More

We tried to eat at Celino's one Saturday lunchtime without making a reservation. This was a mistake on our part - it was full. We were not put off and made a booking the next time we were in the area... and we were not disappointed. From the friendly service to the well cooked and presented food, Celino's delivered. We'll... If you love real Italian food, you will LOVE Celinos! This hidden gem is on Alexandra Parade in the East End. The delicatessen always has a great selection of Italian treats and the bustling little cafe gives a great atmosphere, with amazing food and photos of the Celino family on the wall. The waiters are fab and are always very... More
