First time eating out in the East End and I was very impressed. Attended on a Wednesday and went for the tapas menu- good chance to try and bit of everything. The pasta and risotto rice was cooked to perfection. Lovely tasty more-ish sauces! Only one tiny note is the toilets were beautiful and clean but was weird sitting amongst... More

When I visit Glasgow I stay in Dennistoun at my sisters place and I always visit Celinos Deli for my San Danielle ham and Stornoway black pudding. Their range of meats and cheeses is brill and I love the fresh crusty bread , just taking in the sights and smells of it!!! They do a great takeaway range too

This is my third East End of Glasgow review in as many days and, certainly, my best. It is difficult to visualise how good this food actually was. Firstly, I had Capesante alla Scozia ( scallops on black pudding to you and me) followed by Filetto alla Griglia done to medium/rare perfection. However, it certainly wasn't cheap at a total... More

Celinos is my local restaurant. We have been going there weekly for seven years, we have tried breakfasts, lunch, dinners, takeaway, snacks and we occasionally get drinks to go too. Staff are fab. Never ever had a bad meal and we always take friends there who always want to return the next time they come visit. We even get the... More

To my mind, the measure of a good Italian restaurant is its ability to do a good minestrone, lasagne and tiramasu! Celino's passes with flying colours on all counts! The food is really fantastic, non pretentious, Italian home cooking. And the environment is cafe-style and bustling. As well as having a great little restaurant there's also a deli with a... More

Truly outstanding food, service and value for money. My extended family and I have been eating in Celinos for the past 3 years as regularly as once a fortnight. Whether it be a 5pm dinner deal or a 15 person birthday celebration we are always treated with a warm welcome. Cannot recommend highly enough.
