Lunch with the family and good friends

Took the family and friends (7 off us) out for Sunday lunch, what a beautiful setting , the location is perfect on a sunny Sunday. Menu and servings was second to none and value for money , I will be back and would strongly recommend it to everyone.

We really love this fabulous place in he park! The food is excellent however we always have the same issue. It is just a bit disappointing the restaurant staff come accross as lacking in training. In general the staff are nice but they do not seem to understand what good.customer service is. It is such a special place it deserves... More

Nice surroundings and busy place for Sunday lunch. The set menu had a varied menu. Our comment would be the portions were very small we opted for the 2 course but wish we had taken 3 courses due to size of portions. Service was good and very efficient and food tasty.

We had spent some time at the Burrell and rather than going to their cafe, which is all right but not memorable, we decided to go down the road to the Art Lover for a more upmarket quick lunch, especially as it had been previously recommended to me. There is plenty free parking within the grounds and the gardens are... More

First visit and I was not disappointed. Menu has a good variety and food was well presented. Staff were very pleasant and service good too. Book in advance so that you can be sure of getting a table. Very relaxing way to spend an afternoon.

I was taken to this superb restaurant by my friend for lunch. Excellent service and fabulous food. It was busy inside with a lovely atmosphere. I will definately be introducing my family to this Restaurant. I also loved the little gift shop beside the Restaurant . Excellent for gifts for friends. The toilets had the most amazing hand wash with... More

ive never come away from here wishing i'd eaten elsewhere. staff are very efficient although some new faces as a few of the old guard must have moved on. for the level of refinement, the prices are a bargain. portions are adequate and a three course lunch leaves you feeling full without needing a lie down. presentation always simple but... This is a lovely cafe/ restaurant with good views to the park outside. However on our most recent visit we were seated in a side room, which has none of the delightful ambiance of the main room - very disappointing. This was in spite of having booked well in advance! So if booking ahead, make sure you ask for a... More

We arrived on a beautiful, sunny Spring day and received a very warm welcome as we entered the restaurant. The menu choice and food quality were excellent and each course was served by an attentive and efficient waiting team. The restaurant is located within Bellahouston Park, which, with its walled garden and lots of paths for walking, provides a very... More
