Came here for my 30th Birthday with friends and family. The staff were amazing and very helpful. The chefs were both entertaining and very skilled. The food was mouth watering! The only thing down side is there was so much food! really struggled to eat all the different courses! the steak was the best steak I have ever had. It... More

Let me get this off my chest first so I can separate it from the food. YOU DO NOT CHARGE A SERVICE CHARGE FOR EVERYONE OR YOU SHOULD JUST PUT IT IN THE PRICE IN THE FIRST PLACE. I know you can get it removed but for a party of 4 in a teppanyaki joint this should not be the... More

Visited Sapporo earlier this week for the first time and had an absolutely brilliant evening. We both went for the set menu and were both struggling to finish the Main's. The quality of the food is second to none, with the added bonus of seeing it being cooked fresh right in front of you. Your enjoyment of the 'show' would... More

We decided not to do the teppanyaki this time as my daughter didn't fancy having to catch slices of potatoes with her mouth. Just a quiet table and a lovely HOT chili fish. I am used to hot spices but this dish made me grab for the water :-) Loved it!

Took mu boyfriend here as he has been wanting to go for months and it didn't disappoint! Set menu, around £17 each, and we got a great starter, a main and a dessert (no choice of what dessert though). Main also came with rice, potatos and loads of veg, excellent value! Food tasted amazing and the show was excellent, great... More

This place makes you smile from even the thought of going. The seating is a bit strange, but you get over it fast. Great show they put on for everyone. The move so fast! Lovely fresh food, and you know it's fresh because they cook it right in front of you. This place does not disappoint. Great for a special... More

A really different restaurant experience, the 3 of us were sat around a hot plate with about another 17 people while our chef prepared our main meal. We had starters which are made in the kitchen and while we ate those we watched as our chef became our entertainment. A very enjoyable experience, the chef was funny but this did... More

I took a number of my family to Sapporo to celebrate my wife & I's 40th wedding anniversary last Saturday. The restaurant was busy, but service was good, we had a selection of starters, the ribs were great, followed by Teppanyaki. The chef was engaging; amusing and kept us all entertained whilst cooking our steaks and seafood. Everyone enjoyed themselves,... More

I'm sure the chefs here are very entertaining for large parties, full tables and especially for children, but the novelty was wearing very thin when we were sat just the 2 of us at the giant table surrounding the hot plate. This however is the ethos so I cannot fault on this factor, we were just unlucky to be seated... More
