Great value for money - the family fun day. Kids get to join in and experience the full teppanyaki treatment! My kids absolutely loved all the tricks and fun from the chef. Food was great and an excellent way of introducing them to Japanese food, especially sushi. With a face painter and balloon artist on site for free, my kids... More

Most favourite restaurant in the whole of Glasgow! Absolute wonderful cheery atmosphere. So much fun dining here. Chef Big is my favourite but they are all good! Amazing food. Will continue to dine here. Quite pricey but definitely worth it.

We recently visited Sapporo for the fourth time and once again it did not disappoint. From the moment you are seated to the minute you leave you are well looked after by the friendly staff. The tasty food is freshly prepared in front of you by the incredibly talented chefs who will keep you entertained throughout. If you haven't been... More

This was my second visit here and it was just as entertaining as the first time. There is something for everyone on the menu and after you have placed your order the fun starts with the chef allocated to your dining area proving to be a good entertainer. Children really enjoy the experience here and the food is most definitely... More

Not a place for a first date but defiantly 2nd 3rd or 4th date. Bring a group of friends too, it's just brilliant. You are seated at a grill with 20 other folk. The seats are round 2 grill plates and you have a chef and a helper chef. The chefs play with the food while they cook it, tossing... More

We visited Sapporo Teppanyaki during the Commonwealth Games. We had made a reservation but arrived early and were accommodated with no bother. The meal itself is lots of fun and a bit of theatre. We had the early evening meal which was good value. Our chef, who stood in front of us heating the potatoes (which he aimed at our... More

Most reviews are good for this restaurant and I'd heard good things about it previously. Perhaps what we had was a one-off and a question of individual taste too - but it's worth heeding the warning and deciding what kind of night you want before you go. I'll also say at the beginning that the manager was very apologetic about... More

Been here with the kids 3 or 4 times now and we've loved it every time. Food served is certainly a break from the usual for the children but is so entertainingly made it gets gobbled right up! Will definitely return soon. Brilliant.
