There are different chefs with different cooking skills that produce different quality of food and different taste. The first time we went, the food was so delicious so we went back again for second time. But this time the food taste very differently and not nice at all compared to the first time we had so we asked the waitress... More

We came here a couple of months ago for lunch and were treated pretty badly by the waitress but came back last week and were very pleasantly surprised (apparently the dour faced girl that served us is no longer employed there). We had sushi to start, which took a while to arrive but we were assured it was made to... More

It's only a bit more than 6 months that I was in Glasgow, and I miss it. It has so many great things to experience, including really good restaurants like Wudon. It is located on Great Western in the West End near Glasgow University. Is a welcoming and happy experience with a full range of Japanese and Chinese dishes, and... More

Large group was well catered for by a very friendly, helpful waitress. All food was lovely, generous portions at a modest price. Presentation too was great. Small thing: We asked for a portion of prawn crackers (large, home-made) and they brought us out two, and charged us for both. That however was a petty issue. Otherwise lovely place, wish there... We popped into Wudon early on a Thursday evening when staying very nearby. Although it was quiet when we arrived it started filling up very quickly. All the food was very fresh & tasty and we decided to wash it down with a couple of flasks of warm sake. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. More expensive that the... More

First of all I would like to say we are fans of wudon, but bitterly disappointed to find out that they use msg in their food. While enjoying a meal in the restaurant we heard another customer ask for their food not to have msg added. Upon enquiring for additional food we requested the same only to be told the... More

Just back from Wudon and it was excellent! First time for me and my friends and we will definitely be back. The menu choice is great, the small sharing plates are the perfect start- I would recommend the Ap Soong and Dragon Maki. Everything was so fresh! I had the black bean chilli udon for main, choices of chicken, prawn,... More

Went to wudon tonight for first time and we were all singing it's praises! Wonderful and attentive staff, great selection of food and a super atmosphere! Starters, main courses and sweets were all full of flavour and beautifully presented. Would recommend this wee gem to anyone.

Lots of flavours, beautifully cooked. Especially the Prawn ( Dai Ha ) Tempura and the Teriyaki Beef. And of course, the Fire Cracker ! The Rioja Joven Blanco was excellent.

Had to reviewd this restaurant again. It just gets better and better. Other Japanese restaurant will have a high task to beat here. Ordered a few selection that night. All scoffed. Also a special mention to service. Always with a smile. Luv this place !
