Food very good and tasty. Wine not overpriced. Staff very attentive but not "in your face". Loved the decor and the quirky bits of odd China. Very cosy atmosphere and could have lingered longer but we had the earlier sitting which meant vacating table by 8pm. Def will be back next time we are in the city.♥♥

To be fair to the staff, they were working as hard as they possibly could. There were just not enough of them, even on a relatively quiet evening. That is a management issue which should be addressed so that diners, the ones that make the owners the money, are not left waiting for water, wine, the bill etc!! I would... More

Having been given vouchers to eat out my wife and I took two friends to Shandon Belles for an evening meal. Walking downstairs to the basement area I loved the entire feel of the place. It was intimate, spotlessly clean and the mismatched crockery gave a feel of being somewhere that didn't take itself too seriously but provided quality. All... More

A really unusual restaurant with an excellent menu and fantastic atmosphere. I had the belly pork which was delicious but the chef could have made a bit more effort to crisp up the skin to crackling.

Firstly I would just like to say that over all I didn't have a bad experience but when something is linked to such well known names like the buttery and 2 fat ladies I guess I had high expectations that just fell short for me. When we first entered I have to say I was impressed with both the layout... More

We were a large party here to celebrate a family birthday. This was everyone's first time at Shandon Belles. I chose this restaurant for its menu as everyone in the party had different likes and dislikes. We were not disappointed as the food was of a very high quality and presented in such a lovely way. The staff was attentive... More
