Visited with friends and used a voucher deal. Loved it so much that came home and bought another one. Good choice, food was excellent and not ripped off when you add extras like I have been with other deals. Even without a voucher prices are very good. 3 course meal for undear £20, £12 bottle of house wine. Service was... More

When we arrived the one waitress showed us to our table then was involved with a customer on the phone wishing to make a booking for xmas. We waited too long before she asked us if we would like something to drink. I was not impressed with our reception but from then on the staff were very attentive. We dined... More

In the cellar Part of the Two Fat ladies at the Buttery, the steak was delicious, but the table lighting was not working and the doors opposite were in regular use for collection of wine and boxes for up stairs. Some nice stained glass features and staff friendly, the meal was good value. I prefer upstairs for a special occasion... More

Arrived on a Friday evening at 5pm with my wife voucher in hand having already booked directly with Shandon Belles two days prior. As one might expect, the small restaurant was quiet with a handful of patrons. Greeted by a bubbly young dark haired waitress and shown to table - lovely start. She asked did I have voucher details to... More
