Superb - with just one tiny niggle!

Our party of four descended one Monday evening to enjoy the pre theatre menu. Linen tablecloths, shines cutlery and gleaming glasses added to the warm greeting from the staff. We all decided to dine in this restaurant after reading it's good reviews! On the evening the staff were friendly and on the ball, however the food was a bit of a mixed bag! The food did take a while too be served to us and it varied from good to not so good! Also the restaurant is needing a... More

Popped in for meal on the off chance - tea time on a Sunday when you don't expect many places to be open. No problem at all. Lovely fish, beautifully presented and a reasonable fixed price two / three course menu depending on how hungry you are. Thoroughly recommend.

If you have any simple special dietary requirements as my wife does then you would do better to eat somewhere else in Glasgow city centre, especially when spending £77 on two courses with house wine (nice wine). My wife and I both carefully explained to the waiter my wife's no butter, cream or cheese requirement and only a little bit... More

Very Nice atmosphere and the food was excellent, the scallups for starter is heavenly good. I had the duck for Main course and it was the best duck i have tasted.

Visited for dinner on 30/12/15 Relatively busy Had always meant to try as heard good things about place Food was nice but whole experience lacked something for me, perhaps just atmosphere. Restaurant is nice but nothing spectacular. Location is ideal if staying at Blythswood, or a short uphill walk from town centre. We both had starters, mains then cheese to... More

Very nice restaurant with a relaxed but professional atmosphere. Lovely food and an excellent selection. Portion sizes could be slightly bigger with plates offering more than just a slice of fish on it. Overall very nice.

Food was out of this world good. Really enjoyed it. The restaurant is what I would consider to be a little old fashioned, however they do this in a way that does not seem pretentious or stuffy. It was a perfect atmosphere for a romantic meal with a partner. The service was impeccable too.

It's always the same in here. Great atmosphere... Chilled like the Sauvignon blanc I have with my scallops. Always a pleasure.
