We recently had another wonderful meal here. Food was stunning. Service was unforced with a smile and almost perfect. A five star experience

After friends recommended this restaurant we have enjoyed lovely meals here on special occasions. It's amazing when you enter the doors - it's feels like you go back in time to a bygone era. Food has always been to a high standard and staff always attentive but not too intrusive. Would highly recommend.

We visited for my husbands birthday, the staff were excellent really friendly and attentive , the food was excellent, they kept returning to offer extra bread and make sure everything was okay. At the end of the meal they even brought a plate of petit fours on a plate with chocolate icing on saying'happy birthday' . Fantastic we will return... More

Team lunch to reward a great year and what an excellent way to celebrate with superb food in a relaxed atmosphere. We were seated in a private room which gave us the opportunity to enjoy good food and wine away from the main part of the restaurant. Great choice of food served by our very attentive waiter made our afternoon... More

Booked a table weeks ago to coincide with a trip to Glasgow. We were not disappointed, the food was delicious, we both had fish and seafood for starters and main. The servers were friendly and knowledgeable about the food available . particularly liked the waiters dressed in kilts.Sweetmeats were served with the coffee they were devine!!

Returned here after a year or so. Still an enjoyable restaurant with friendly, efficient staff and a good atmosphere. We were a little disappointed in the food, however. It was very good but not particularly special. We had higher expectations having dined here many times over the years but were a little underwhelmed.

All I can say is try it and see for yourself...... However trip advisor says I should use 100 characters minimum so I will also say.... After you try it you'll go back again and again.
