Was looking forward to a nice Sunday lunch to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Day started well with cocktails at the champagne bar at the central hotel which I can highly recommend. After a short taxi ride we arrived at the beautiful buttery, and were shown by a helpful staff member to a lovely table. Things only started to go wrong... More

Our experience was excellent, and l do like a good rest. As soon as we went into rest. prosecco served and time to enjoy the drink prior to sitting at table. The food is excellent. I had the swordfish and crab salsa, lovely lovely lovely! Couldn't find room for dessert, went for coffee and beautiful petite flours:-) Very cute place... More

This restaurant is at end of Argylle St. In Glasgow and is well worth a visit, a little old fashioned but let's face it we go for the food. The wife ordered Swordfish for the main course, but when it came was only seared, not as she expected but the staff resolved the situation, unfortunately I'd finished my main course... More

Thank you Two Fat Ladies & Itison for the private dining offer. Visited again last night with family and friends. Once again, a beautifully prepared meal served attentively in very comfortable surroundings at an incredible price. We'll be back.

A fantastic dining experience. The staff were very attentive and knowledgable. We noted at the end, they had a quirky system for noting who ordered what - they note down... "man with blue waistcoat" etc to describe the diners! Good fun! Did I mention the fabulous food?

This restaurant is unassuming in appearance but the food and service is the best ever. The waiters are helpful, knowledgable and very professional. The food is extremely tasty, well prepared and beautiful to look at. Cannot fault anything, just a very good night.

The food and service were delightful. Dishes were prepared to order, interesting (local flavor), and very good. The restaurant is a short walk (or stumble) from the Glasgow Marriott, on the other side of the M5 highway (walking path across to a dead end street where the restaurant is located.

Ate here during the Commonwealth Games with friends. Lovely food and very good service. Not expensive for what you get. We paid £50 a head which included wine, pre dinner and post dinner drinks. Location a bit out of the way but worth the effort. My husband left his glasses on the table and they rang us to let us... More
