Good Food

Visited today for lunch with my husband. Booked in advance The girl at the front of house was very rude and didn't make much of an effort. However having been here before we knew that the restaurant was good. Once she had seated us, our waiter arrived who was a young friendly chap, who was... read more

After trying the Grill in Alderley Edge (part of the same franchise), my hopes for the Glasgow restaurant were quite high. While the food itself was good (but not great), other parts of the visit weren't really up to the standard that you'd pay for in similar restaurants. Firstly, our mains came very quickly, just over 5 minutes after we... More

Front of house was two girls who were unfriendly and didnt make us feel welcome, they made me doubt my booking and shuffled us into the bar until they were ready. Restaurant would suit younger diners as very trendy and noisy. Dont book if you want to talk to each other. Our waitress was okay, however the waitress who bought... More

I was excited by this place, I love a steak. The food was lovely, if not pricey for what it was, but the service was something else. I always like getting ignored by waiting staff, and what I like more than being ignored, is being told how I should eat my steak. Don't ask me how I want it cooked,... More

Had lunch here on Thursday.was a bit dubious but needn't have worried.the place was as usual very busy and that's always a good sign.I tend to think when places are as busy as this standards drop, but not a bit of it.had the chicken and it was done the way I requested it.I will be back.

been meaning to visit this restaurant for a while now, so finally made it on 21/05 for my husbands birthday. We has mussels and chicken skewers for starters. Mussel were exceptionally nice. Followed by fajitas and steak. Portions very generous and food faultless. Our 5 year old enjoyed from the kids menu and was especially impressed with his sliced apples... More

A few friends/colleagues booked in for lunch last week. Service was great as was the food! Everyone of us really enjoyed our food which included the Tuna, Sirloin steak and the Surf & Turf. The lobster was lovely! We had a bottle of prosecco, few glasses of wine & also some cocktails. We were really impressed with the price &... More

Visited the restaurant this evening with a friend. Was greeted by very friendly staff who took us to our table. We both ordered fajitas (one fillet steak and one salt and pepper beef) which were both delicious. They arrived on a sizzling skillet, really big portions, would recommend!! Also both ordered desserts: Lemon Posset and Summer Pudding. Both fresh and... More
