Description: Collage Restaurant has an intriguing design concept, set in the architecturally innovative Radisson Blu hotel in Glasgow city centre. The walls are lined with twenty-six paintings, each representing a letter from A to Z paintings by British Pop Art maestro, Sir Peter Blake. Collage restaurant is contemporary and chic, exemplifying mellow fine dining without formality. The menu is stylish and traditional with favourites such as crusted rack of lamb or pan-fried sea trout. For those keen to begin in a relaxed mood, optional valet parking solves the city centre congestion issue.

Went tonight on a deal for burger, 2 sides, wine, beer or soft drink, the order took about 25mins to arrive but was it was lovely and that surprised us as we have used deals in other places and they have been pretty disappointing so we were well chuffed, the surrounds are ok and clean, the staff was pleasant and... We went on Saturday the 17th Jan, on a deal, for burger, 2sides, and a beer or a glass of wine. The restaurant downstairs layout is ok, the seats could be more comfortable. The burgers took a while to be served, the food was good when it arrived. Staff were pleasant. Overall, it was worth a visit, for this deal.

Visited here in December having purchased a deal from one of the popular voucher sites. The deal was for 2 Burgers, 4 Sides (yes 4!!!!) and 2 Cocktails - all for £17 for 2 people. As this was quite a reasonable deal, you tend to feel that you may not get value for money. Think again folks!!!! Burgers were amazing,... More

Had Christmas lunch at this restaurant and it was excellent. Lovely surroundings and ambience and the staff could not be more helpful. First time at this restaurant but will definitely be back and would thoroughly recommend it.

Went on a 5 pm deal and whilst it was a good value with a glass of fizz and tea included it was disappointing. The service was slow, the restaurant a bit pokey and lacking ambience and the food disappointing. A few of our group chose the Turkey dinner...a plate of beige and any veg sadly lacking. This my second... More

Purchased the burger for 2, with 4 sides and 2 cocktails. ( wish I had kept the money) Booked a table for 3 for 7.30 tonight, for myself, wife and daughter. We arrived at about 7.25, and were quickly given a seat by the window, with a great view across to Sir John Moore's Wetherspoon pub & the Central Station.... More

We purchased a groupon for a steak meal for two - 10oz sirloin with fries, bernaise sauce, large glass of wine each, and onion rings to share, £33. We actually only paid £23 as we had another money off voucher, but would have happily paid £33 for what we got. We added starters, pork rillette and chicken liver pate, both... More

We bought the burger deal on 5pms Big Deal. Sounded good as Radisson BLU Hotel has a good reputation. (obviously customers have not used this bar for food!!). Table was booked for 6pm, we arrived promptly, handed over voucher, asked to take a seat. Not a very big place , a few customers in. Waited 10 mins before waiter asked... More

After work drinks in the upstairs bar. Bar in general smaller than I would have thought. Bar tender took such a long time organising drinks. Upstairs is quite low and goodness knows what they were thinking with the seating arrangements. Reasonably priced soft drinks unlike some places.
