After reading a number of less than flattering reviews I was a bit cautious, but armed with my Itison voucher I made a visit. Over the years I've visited this restaurant numerous times but this was my first in its current iteration. Surroundings are functional, staff friendly and courteous. It's basically a burger and hotdog bar so don't expect anything... More

Wandered down Ashton Lane after visiting Hunterian Art Gallery. Tried Ketchup. Burgers in brioche buns - but with a difference. Moroccan lamb with tzatziki delcious, and more trad ones good too. Child friendly. Quick friendly service! and a good price.

The waitress was the only good point about this restaurant , very welcoming on our arrival. The food and drinks are very over priced and average. We were not asked how we would like our burgers to be cooked, the skinny fries at £2.50 were just hot, the £4 milkshakes were watery. The coleslaw was tasteless. And when my son... More

Food was great and was very fast. We were served by James who was really friendly and welcoming. No complaints at all apart from the fact that they charge £4 for one can of Red Stripe.

Went to Ketchup on the hottest night of the year, nice food but I think it has lost it's edge slightly with the simplification of the menu. Ketchup was unique when it opened but is now one of many in a sea of Glasgow burger restaurants. Nevertheless very cheery service from James and a decent meal at a reasonable cost.

Been here several times, and went with my mum this time. Served by James who was fantastic and sorted a small problem with my food very easily. I had the build it yourself burger with chicken, bacon, cheese and onions with barbecue sauce. Mum had the Moroccan lamb burger. We shared chips and onion rings and I love the coleslaw.... More

Very poor experience of this restaurant, using a Itison voucher. First of all, very pricey, nearly £2,50 for a bottled coke, £2.50 for fat or skinny chips and the food tasted undercooked.£5 for a kids meal, no drink or ice cream included. Service very slow and all round unpleasant eating experience. Even with voucher, would have had a better meal... More

Been a few times.but not overly impressed this time. Menu change narrows down options if you want chicken...and no pulled pork anymore.. Expensive for what you get.pay extra for rather small portion of chips( free hair in mine.)although they did replace the bowl.. Not sure if we will return....
