Took my 89 yr old mum out for brunch! Keep clear of the eggs benedict not sure if it was the eggs or the sauce but that evening I had the trots and my mum was in great pain. Took a couple of days for her to recover. I called the restaurant and wrote to head office. Never again!!

Visited here before attending a concert at the Hydro. Good service. Staff very attentive. Music fab. Food could be better. Starter of potato skins cold. Spaghetti n meatballs was luke warm at best and the pasta was 'hard' and not to my mind cooked long enough. Not sure we would rush back.

One point to note, I do actually like the food at Frankie & Bennys, We attended on the 12/04/2015 for breakfast but yet again I was totally disappointed by the breakfast offering Its called the big breakfast, but I personally do not believe, one burnt link sausage, two eggs, some small potatoes, small ramekin of beans, half a tomato, one... Visited here a couple of weeks ago with my partner and our nieces for dinner. We were seated quickly and the waitress arrived to ask for drinks. We ordered a sharing platter, the kids had huge margarita pizzas each with ice cream to follow. The food was excellent but what made our evening great was the fast, polite and efficient... More

Came here with my wife for her Mothers Day treat, with the promise of a small box of chocolates for all Mothers visiting. Once again, our meal was delicious, and staff returned a few times to enquire if everything was all right or if we needed topping up for drinks. Food presented just as we requested. Very pleasant staff on... More

Let me start off by saying, I've always hated Frankie and Bennys. I want to love it because the Italian American concept is so likeable and the restaurants always seem so appealing. If only this actually translated into the place. I came here in January with my mum and teenage cousin, much to my dismay but my cousin is fussy... More
