nice but overpriced

I like this restaurant but why is it so over priced, 3 pound odds for a bowl a chips, nearly 3 pound odds for a coke, staff are really nice just a shame the owners think it's OK to charge what they do

We have been at this resturant on many occasions. Each time we have came there has always been an issue. At first wethought nothing of it, however the errors keep re-occurring showing poor standards. Today was one of the worse days. We arrived for food and took to our table faster than usual as there was no 20 minute wait... More

Walked into this dinner , does not look busy , but told to wait at the bar as it would be a 20 min wait , still sitting 30 mins later , not even asked if we would like a drink , shocking ,

Took my 89 yr old mum out for brunch! Keep clear of the eggs benedict not sure if it was the eggs or the sauce but that evening I had the trots and my mum was in great pain. Took a couple of days for her to recover. I called the restaurant and wrote to head office. Never again!!

Tempted by their big breakfast on a Sunday morning. Seemed good value at £5 have to say wasn't that big. Two adults four children. Drinks for kids 1.95 a pop and not refillable that took all breakfasts with drink to £6.95. Adults had unlimited tea and coffee for £1.95 a pop. For the first refill we had to ask twice.... More

Visited here before attending a concert at the Hydro. Good service. Staff very attentive. Music fab. Food could be better. Starter of potato skins cold. Spaghetti n meatballs was luke warm at best and the pasta was 'hard' and not to my mind cooked long enough. Not sure we would rush back.

One point to note, I do actually like the food at Frankie & Bennys, We attended on the 12/04/2015 for breakfast but yet again I was totally disappointed by the breakfast offering Its called the big breakfast, but I personally do not believe, one burnt link sausage, two eggs, some small potatoes, small ramekin of beans, half a tomato, one...
