The waitress Linda was just fantastic! Her personal service she brings to the restaurant, really makes customers feel welcomed and appreciated Perfect for a quick bite as you work your way round the shop. The restaurant offers something for every one.

Breakfast at F&B's Silverburn was lovely. The kids had the light breakfast, I had the eggs Benedict & my husband had the breakfast pizza. We enjoyed the food & the service was good. We would recommend.

I visited Frankie & Bennys alot and this was my first time visiting this particular one. I went with two of my friends who had been before and had actually warned me about the service they had received in past visits. We were waiting to be seated when a man approached a family in front of us and said "sorry... More

I will concur with previous posters, this is not a restaurant, it isn't a fast food chain....it falls dissapointingly between the two.....poor quality food...and not very fast with it. We arrived on Sunday at 2.30pm, table of three adults and two children. We were quickly shown to our table...then the lack of service kicked in. 10 mins later we were... More

Perfect service, perfect food, best meal out in a long time! The waitress was amazing, nothing was a hassle for her, great with the kids, and will most certainly be back, :D

Been here a couple of times and always found the staff helpful, friendly and professional. Food is what you'd expect from a chain but very acceptable and tasty. We had some vouchers and got 20% of our bill. Shared a starter, both had a main and shared a desert and got more vouchers. As l said above its a great... More

I will start this by saying the food was the best bit and even that was average at best. We were greeted in almost military style by an older gentlemen I can only describe as being the manager with a face of steel and as much personality to match. Once seated we waited 5 minutes for a drinks order even... More

went with my daughters and granddaughters. ordered carbonara. vile vile vile. couldn't taste cheese or cream. Food had very little seasoning. has put me off all Frankie restaurants now. They used to do great meals, not any more. Whats happened why use penne pasta rather than spaghetti. Is it cheaper by any chance?

Pictures on the menu of nicely cooked eggs are certainly misleading - my poached eggs today were like bullets and served while still wet from the poaching water on top of barely toasted bread, resulting in a soggy mess - all served intriguingly in a soup style bowl. A most disappointing experience. Partner's breakfast was ok as most of the... More

When you pay £23 for two people having one course lunch with a soft drink, you expect a good standard - sadly this was not the case . Frankies and bennys have tasty food but our soup and burger were delivered cold. The restaurant was busy but we are paying customers and are entitled to good standards . The cold... More
