Love this restaurant

Been here many times and food is always excellent - waiting staff were very professional and helpful. My only nitpick is that I'm sure they used to bring out bread baskets whilst waiting for starters, but that doesn't seem to be the case anymore, but like I said, that's a small issue for me... read more

We recently when here for a lunch and it was lovely. The service was spot on and the food was delicious, especially for £5.95 for a 2 course. I had the meatballs to start followed by strips of chicken breast in a pepper sauce. We were all stuffed after our 2 course that I didn't have a desert but they... More

Decided to visit La Fiorentina as had heard good reviews. First impressions of the restaurant was good. We ordered from the Sunday Roast menu 2 courses for £13.50. My boyfriend had the spicy tomato soup and I had the bruschetta to start. For our mains we had carbonara and chicken milanese (on menu as pork milanese but chef had no... More

Decided to try La Fiorentina out having not been there in years. In my opinion it has decided to go for the cheaper end of the market. This is shown on the prices of their dishes now and the types of wines and prices on their list too. Another disappointing thing was that they seem to opt for employing more... More

Very good pre-theatre meal prior to going to concert in The Hydro. Food was excellent but service was a tad slow due to being busy. However, I'd certainly go back again.

Been meaning to check this restaurant out for a while, housed in the iconic "Angel" building. Two courses at lunch for £5.95!...about says it all. Tasty, hearty food served swiftly and all to a budget price. Highly recommend.

Have visited this restaurant twice before going to an event in hydro. Food is reasonable and pre theatre good value for money. However on both occasions service was terrible. Table booked for 6.30 and order for food still not taken at 7.15. Last time we were late for show as a result of disorganised service. Trying to serve too many... More

Located on Paisley Road West in Glasgow not the best area however worth a visit. The service was very good and friendly. A good choice for lunch and great value at £5.95 for 2 courses. There was in street parking ( remember to feed meter). The food was good and portions large. Everyone enjoyed the food and service. Worth a... More

Have been coming here for around 20 years. Dreadful evening. Dirty cutlery which, I have to say was changed immediately. Piece of metal found in my main course, again this was sorted fairly quickly. We were offered a free drink which we said wasn't necessary but 3 members of staff insisted. So eventually we said yes thanks. Waited for more... More
