Good Lunch Spot!

Lunch for a leaving member of staff with a group of 10 and we were well looked after. A wide selection of spicy starters, curries and more complex mains were enjoyed by all and portion sides were pretty good too. It's a handy location for local office staff who must make up the bulk of the custom... read more

We had lunch here on Saturday with friends our first visit but went on our friends recommendation.Disappointed we were not infact it took ages to decide what to eat as both starter and main course menus are extensive.Service was good comfortable seating and table set beautifully. We will return for sure.

My husband and I had the 5pm menu at Thai Orchid. This was £16.90 for 2 courses and well worth it. The food was absolutely delicious and the staff really friendly. We had the pork ribs and chicken parcels to start, then king prawn chilli and basil stir fry and king prawn massaman. The potions were generous and the food... More

Amazing find in city close to Glasgow hotels. Food is tasty and filling. We shared starter titled Loving Couple (scallop and prawn dish), then shared Duck Thai Orchid with rice, pandan thai coconut filled pancakes and mango dessert. All food was delicious and service excellent. Restaurant was very clean with lovely ambience.

Fantastic service, fantastic, authentic Thai food. Not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for, well worth the money and would definitely recommend

I loved the ambience and the friendly staff. The food itself was an explosion of flavours in my mouth. The tom yam soup and pad thai were especially delicious. My best friend has a thing for spicy food so they changed her order to increase the heat while still retaining their delicate balance of flavours. I saw quite a few... More

Thai Orchid in Glasgow was fab. Our first visit we were walk ins hoping to get a table, which luckily we did. The service was discreet while still attentive. The food was delicious. The portions were filling and the waiting staff offered suggestions as this was my first visit (not my husbands who had been with work colleagues) On our... More

I called at Thai Orchid recently for an early evening Meal. My choice of starter, Duck Salad was fine, a bit “chewy” but OK. My main meal, sweet and sour Chicken was fine too. All in, with Jasmine Rice a large meal. I thought that the Chardonnay was expensive at £7.50 for a 250CC Glass but it was very nice... More
