My friend and I visited this restaurant last night for a pre theatre dinner. We were greeted by a waiter who was friendly and chatty who took our coats and took us to our table. The atmosphere was very relaxed and although the service wasn't terribly fast the two waiting staff were lovely and not at all intrusive. The menu... More

We don't normally eat out at Valentines because it's never very good. But as we were on holiday in Glasgow my partner booked us into the Sisters at Kelvingrove. The place looks quite ordinary from the outside but it's far from ordinary on the inside. We were warmy greeted shown to a lovely table near the fire and immediately brought... More

Seated in a lovely booth. Food was delicious from start to finish - good Scottish selection! Really good vibe to the place with friendly, attentive staff who made an extra special effort for my auntie's birthday. Would definitely go back, some of the best food I've eaten in Glasgow.

We had the pre theatre menu, which is excellent value. The service was efficient and friendly throughout. We were more than satisfied with our choices, especially of course the puff candy icecream. Would highly recommend and can't wait to go back

Enjoyed a girly lunch here on a freezing January Saturday afternoon. It was very quiet as I think the snow had led to a few cancellations. We didn't mind though, we had a lovely table by the radiator and the window and enjoyed a bottle of wine with our meal. The food was very good. The portions are modestly sized... More

Hadn't eaten at this restaurant for several years and was looking forward to going back to sample what had been a particular pleasurable experience on many previous occasions. Never been so dissapointed. Although restaurant was busy there was a distinct lack of atmosphere and the actual dining room was cold albeit an extremely chilly January evening. The choice of food... Just back home from The Sisters after seven of us enjoyed a well served, beautifully presented lunch. The choices on the menu were varied and the food was hot when it arrived. The staff were very attentive and witty. A nice way to spend a snowy, Saturday afternoon. Would not hesitate to recommend this lovely little restaurant to family and... More
