Stopped here a number of times an it is always busy. Had the chocolate and beetroot cake which was pretty good!

Have passed this place a few times, but this was our 1st visit. A beautiful shop to browse and purchase from with lots of tempting goods on offer. The restaurant was almost full so had a good ambiance. There was a good selection of homemade baking which was delicious.

Went for lunch here and loved it, great food and I could have spent all day in the farm shop! Sad I missed the steak barn this year- will have to try it next year!

Great farmstall and a wonderful menu for a quick bite to eat. Was impressed with the focus in supporting local producers and a good selection of quality produce on offer. Only downside, was a little expensive for what it was.

Lovely atmosphere, almost everything has been home grown or raised on their farm, some things are a bit pricey, but u do get lovely food, and also a wide range of food,I.e. scones, meringues to name but two of the delicious foods they have.can get quite crowded but that of course is down to their popularity. Well worth a visit.

We've had some good lunch experiences here over several years, but were disappointed on a recent visit with our three year old grand- daughter, who prefers a small packed lunch of her favourite bites, to be reminded that only food bought in the restaurant can be consumed there. The reasons for restaurants having such a policy are easily understood, but... More

We stopped here one Sunday morning after a walk along beach with the dog. We both had the fruit scones which were a meal themselves. Just fresh out of the oven and delicious. Especially with jam and cream. I had two nice cups of tea out of a little tea pot and my husband sAid the coffee was good. He... More

Friendly service, excellent food, excellent larder full of fantastic food. We were there for a meal (again) and had the Christmas turkey special. My compliments to the chef(s). The quality of the place is demonstrated by a full car park and (shortish) queues for a table in the restaurant

Venison casserole is tasty and filling. Lovely choice of local produce, drinks and bread. Car park is a mess so don't wear your good shoes!

Stopped for a light lunch on friends recommendation. We only had scones and drinks but they were good and filling. The place was busy and the menu options were good. The meat and fresh food in the farm shop looked very good quality but some of the 'gifts' were quite pricey.
