Delicious freshly cooked food, reminds me of European cuisine. Attentive but not in your face waiter staff. Have been here for birthdays and anniversaries and have NEVER been disappointed. Highly recommend for anyone!!!

It was an enjoyable evening but was dissapointed by little things. We were sat for 20 minutes with no menus or wine list before we were approached by staff. It was packed with large groups at other tables who were very loud. The meals were okay and you got plenty for what you pay but my girlfriends meal did not... More

I visited Ciao Italian with my boyfriend last night and we had booked a table. There were a few big tables in and understandably we had to wait for a while. When the food came it was nice, however I found that my chicken had slight pink bits in it and red sort of veins. It was safe to eat... More

Our first visit here. Valentina took great care of us. The meal was wonderful. We'll very definitely be back.

Half of us had to send our food back as it was so badly cooked; the replacement wasn't much better. Service was terribly slow, with too few staff. Those who were there kept forgetting orders and us waiting 30-45 minutes between courses. Would not go back.

Staff are really friendly, courteous and helpful with selection. Slick minimalist appearance is a refreshing change from the norm. Food was piping hot. and beautifully presented

We visited for an early dinner on Saturday night following a recommendation from an Italian friend at work, and now we can't wait to go back for more! We had bruschetta and garlic mushrooms for starters and then realised we should have probably shared one starter, the portions were big but so nice. I had the king prawn and asparagus... More

First time visit to this restaurant and I was not disappointed. Saturday night and the place was buzzing. On arrival I was delighted to find ample parking at the rear of the premises. The staff were attentive while efficiently serving patrons. I was seated near the open plan kitchen which showed these guys have nothing to hide. Interesting too to... More

We probably visit this restaurant at least twice a month because the food is fantastic, our kids love it and its great value for money. The only slight criticism recently would be the slightly slow service which we didn't notice before.. but trust me the food more than makes up for it.
