One of my best meals out

Was taken here for my birthday for dinner. Good menu but if you want to order something under £10 you can only chose pasta or risotto dishes. Steaks are £20+ Felt a little bit guilty but ordered their special fillet that came with grilled vegetables. I must admit, it was magnificent. It was not... read more

We went here for a girls, excellent service- very attentive staff. Food was amazing. I had the king prawns to start and steak. It is expensive but well worth the money steak and prawns were cooked to perfection. Only downside is that the vegetable and potatoes came for all three of us to share, Mayby just me being picky but... More

27/3/15 Visited tonight as 1 of a group of six. Immediately on arrival I was asked what I would like to drink. I asked for a glass of white wine. I was asked if I would like Chardonnay, Pinot Grigio or Sauvignon. I chose the latter, which cost me £8. I have since looked at their menu and no price... More

This restaurant is in a strange location in Dunfermline but once inside you forget where you are. The food is amazing. Portion sizes are huge. On this occasion I had the stuffed mushrooms to start followed by a calzone pizza (they will do any of their pizzas calzone style) which was huge and delicious! I even took half away for... More

Cracking pre-theatre menu which is great value for money - when it is on. For some reason it was off last time we were in Competition for Italian food in Dunfermline is high, but Ciao holds its' own - great pizza and usually a wide variety of specials - drink a wee bit pricey and draught at a fiver Keep... We tried to get a table last minute on Saturday but it was fully booked so we went on Sunday instead. Once again the food was lovely, couldn't fault it. We shared a starter of bruschetta with mozzarella, just the right amount. I had the putesca pasta my husband had veal Milanese - clean plates all round. We then shared... More

"Ciao Italia" is truly a touch of southern Italian style in northern Europe. Lovely choice of delicious dishes in a comfortable and suave environment.
