Had been hunting for somewhere that did High Tea for ages, but kept being given recommendations for places that do Afternoon Tea, which is a very different thing. Was happy to find the Craiglee Inn and even happier to eat a lovely meal, freshly cooked and well presented. We followed that with cakes and scones and biscuits, in a help... More

First time I've eaten here and not disappointed, service and value are both good as is the food, portions are large, we both had steak pie, individual dishes with a lovely pastry. I would recommend to anyone for a meal, our only negative comment is that seating is tight and my wife was constantly buffeted by people passing behind her,... More

Told the guy who then took a sniff and walked away. Was not offered anything else. There was no apology. Was not charged... More

My Husband and I were here for Christmas Dinner and thoroughly enjoyed it. We had a friendly Merry Christmas welcome. The four course meal was great and the service was excellent. Staff are very friendly. Recommend it for a festive meal.

Stopped off here in midweek after hearing decent reviews from friends. I had the soup which was tasty and my partner had a very large portion of Pate for starters. The steak pie was excellent and the chips were actually real chips. My partner settled for a burger which was very good The draught pint was good too, though they... More

Good food but I'm a veggie and am tired of eating macaroni or veg curry would love to see a bit of imagination used. Apart from that they have both always been good tasty meals. Lovely staff and service was bang on. Loos need a bit of upgrading

Good pub grub, hot, tasty, fresh. Usual pub menu, steak pie, macaroni, fish, steak on a sizzler. Worth a try.
