Just passing and popped in, to be honest was quite put off by the decor and how grubby it looked but we had already paid so no going back! No the good bit- really impressed by the selection of dishes and all were quite delicious. Everything was well cooked, piping hot and tasty. Just a shame that everything looked like... More

I actually visited here in 2012 and it was the best Chinese buffet I've been to. Friendly staff, lots of choice, so much food, good deal on the price!

I always used to like this place, but wont be back. The table was booked 7pm for ten 15-17 year olds who were celebrating one of the girls birthdays. On arrival they were ushered to a table then asked if there was an adult with them. Although none of them were 18 there was no alcohol being asked for and... More

Having seen some negative comments about this restaurant I have to disagree. During my visit to Edinburgh we found our self at Jimmy Chung and were very pleased with our experience. I found the food really nice, a lot better than some Chinese buffets I have been to. The drinks are quite pricey but that's the same in any buffer... More

The only at Usher hall is far better this one doesn't have a great layout. Food is average at best and has a much smaller choice of food

£2.80 for a pint of lemonade and £1.80 for lime cordial and £12 for a dried out buffet past it's sell by time is unacceptable in my opinion. This establishment needs to rethink about customer service it has gone right downhill. I used to be a regular here but we won't be back.

My partner and me decided to go for a dinner after a long day out in the city center. As we had tried few buffets before, decided to give it a try too. Sometime before we read on TripAdvisor, that this restaurant had a lot of negative reviews, nevertheless, we were hungry and thought, why not, plus there were quite... More

A good choice of meals, but the Usher Hall one is better for choice. Staff pleasant and quick to attend tables. Reasonably priced for a buffet.

The food is really nice here, always fresh and hot. The only downside I would say is it is rather pricey so if you're looking for a cheap buffet I wouldn't bother. Also when it is busy you are told you need to eat and leave within an hour which isn't very good when you want to have a nice... More

We fancied a buffet and having always seen Jimmy's looking busy on previous visits gave it a go. Unfortunately the staff were miserable (although laughed and joked with each other) and sat us on one of the many tables with barely breathing space between ourselves and other diners. The food in the self serve area was kept with lids on... More
