Rarely have I felt so ripped off! Charging £3.50 for soda & lime which by the way is more than they charge for a sprit & mixer is beyond taking the piss. This coupled with desparatly slow service & medioca food was a recipe a terrible evening.

Discovered this restaurant rather by accident, as it was basically the neighbour to the Holiday Inn Express Waterfront. Having been to India before and having tried several Indian restaurants afterwards I must say the quality of the food is really very good, tasting like the real thing. Will definitely go there again on our next visit to Edinburgh

My wife and I spent a 3 night weekend in the nearby Holiday Inn and had our evening meal here on the Saturday. We hadn't booked and were very surprised that it wasn't all that busy for what should have been the busiest evening of the week. The restaurant was splendid, very well presented with the table settings worthy of... More

The staff were so rude - we left after first course. We have never left a restaurant before hopefully that gives you a flavour of how bad it was. The staff were v arrogant, dismissive and rude. I was served a gin and tonic which was flat, I politely made them aware and they told me I was wrong -... More

Wonderful experiences while tasting subcontinent food at Britania Spice. The taste, quality, presentation of the food was fantastic. Service was absolutely superb. One thing I especially loved was its interior the Atmosphere like ship cruising on the sea – its feel yammi taste with luxury sea cruising. Visited every weekend between January to February-2015 .

It has been a pleasing experience at Britania Spice Restaurant situated in Edinburgh. When I go to any restaurant, it's not the food only I look at rather the service and overall ambiance are the watch out factors too for me. In short I am hell of a critic. After the first visit to the restaurant I visited five more... More

Food was really good but it was quite late and we were the only people in the restaurant. After our food was brought the staff were waiting to go home which made us feel bad, so eat and left as quiclk as we could
