Good food and nice service

The food was very tasty and there were plenty of vegan options. The vegetable Tom Yum was very good. The waitress was very friendly and polite. Makes such a difference! I'm definitely going back.

All in all we had a lovely dinner. The price was fair. The food tasted fantastic, the Tom yum soup was particularly special.

Excellent food and fast service. We had gaeng pah which was very very tasty. This is our favourite dish from our favourite restaurant at home but thus one at least equals it.

The food is good, let me start with that. However, it is of my opinion based on experiences eating Thai across three continents that these prices are high for the portions and quality of the food delivered to the table. For example, the haggis wontons, paired with side of sweet chili sauce, 3 minute wontons with appropriate amount of filling,... More

Tucked away in a side street you would miss this place! Small but quirky. Seated quickly, but then told food would be over half hour, with no reasons. They weren't busy and each table had the same issue, so not sure what food they were cooking! Each dish came out separately, which meant once our party of 3 were served... More

This is my 10 year old son's review: "The food and service was absolutely the best I've ever seen in my life. I've never seen such a small and hidden away restaurant to be so amazing. The people serving there were very nice. The actual restaurant inside looked fantastic - it wasn't too formal but an extremely nice place to... More

Visited the restaurant on the recommendation of a friend when staying in Edinburgh, and was glad we did. The lady serving us was very helpful, managing to serve all the tables in there single handedly, whilst still providing excellent customer service. Food was delicious, tried the traditional Pandan ice cream unsure what it would be like, but we were pleasantly... More

Was pleasantly surprised at the good standard of thai food! The stir fried dishes and chef recommendations were very tasty. However, I was disappointed that the garlic fried rice and egg fried rice was not fragrant at all - I would recommend just going for steamed rice. A pleasant meal overall and I would come back again!

Couldn't fault the food or service which was excellent! The only issue was that the toilets need some work although they were clean. My first taste of This sort of food, loved it and will be back! ( Comments made by my husband)

Staying in Old Town

Neighborhood Profile
Old Town
Few Edinburghers live in the Old Town, but its labyrinth of dank alleys and steep streets suggests this was not always the case. Today, it’s mostly visitors, tartan-flavored souvenir shops, and pipers that you’ll find on its cobbled streets. This is the place to get a feel for Auld Reekie (Old Smelly), as the town was once nicknamed, and stroll the Royal Mile, the thoroughfare that links the castle with the royal palace – two of Edinburgh’s great set-piece attractions. But there’s lots more exploring to do here down dozens of little alleys, or wynds, while at night the city’s busiest clubs erupt along the Cowgate which is closed to traffic for this purpose.
