Don't eat in pizza hut often but I can recognise incredible service. served promptly and with a smile ( the guy had just been highfiving a group of wee kids). Out of all the places I've eaten in recently, they were byfar the best customer service I've had, which honestly surprised me. So much so, I had to put in... More

I have eaten in many pizza huts, over the years, over the world. Mainly at the request of my delightful children, who actually prefer these pizza, to the real Italian ones. Any way that is not my story. Today I took my wife & 2 kids to the Fort Kinnaird hut. The pizza was ok...The rest ?? Inedible nachos, burnt... More

We went to the Vue Cinema in Leith Walk to see Sunshine on Leith. We had an hour before the screening started so we went to have a quick meal. Fortunately for us there was plenty of room to get a quick service in the Pizza Hut. We were served by a courteous and helpful waitress who quickly presented us... More

This is a Pizza Hut so pizza tasted like any other bought from any pizza hut place but we were delighted by the staff. They were all lovely and very friendly!

I have eaten here many many times. Used to be the best Pizza Hut in Edinburgh. I visited there yesterday to it newly decorated and completely awful. Service was ridiculous. Took 20mins in an empty restaurant to come and ask of we wanted to order. Not even asked before hand about drinks. Followed by asking many times for extra sauces... More

I was very unsure about visiting the hut after our last experience there but after pressure from the kids I caved in I'm so glad I did go was greeted at the door by the manager who assured me he had a full menu available and ushered us to our seats. Within a short time we were served with our... More

Salad was limp floppy and obviously needing changed for fresh. Sharer starter of wedges garlic bread and chicken strips was tasty and enjoyable but no cheesy triangles available and we were charged 35p for a little tomato sauce. On visiting the toilets i found that the facilities were untidy, appearing unclean and very smelly with the dreadfull smell also appearing... More

Great service, great food, great price, lots of special offers if you go back within a week. Gluten-free option available! Consistent good value and lots of food - free salad bar is delicious and healthy and children are welcome.
