On recent visit while celebrating friends birthday I've had a delicious pizza. We also shared few platers of antipasti (both meat and vegetarian, the only disappointment was soggy bruschetta). Finished with quality coffee. Service was fab and unintrusive. Will be back

One word, Amazing Pizza! If you are ever on Leith walk, you must go to Origano. It's so cosy and the food is just amazing. Everyone makes you feel so welcome and it'd great value too.

Visited with our family to celebrate my son's birthday following a recommendation by a friend. Relaxed and comfortable restaurant where we felt very welcome. It was a lovely place to spend a Sunday afternoon. We started with the mixed platters which suited all our tastes. The mains were tasty and full of flavour. I'll definitely visit again if I'm in... Quaint, sophisticated and relaxed, excellent home cooked food Found this restaurant by chance, where enticed in by its relaxed look, blown away by the quality of food, found out about its excellent rating afterwards.

I wasn't prepared for coming here, my husband booked after the rugby on Saturday, we were not disappointed. Ok, this place is small, yes very small, enough room for 15 guests, they turned away numerous passing trade, in which I wryly observed if they removed the panelled ceiling and made a mezzanine another 3 or so tables could be catered... 2nd time in and loved it again. We were recognised and made welcome. Either that man has a great memory for faces or we were louder than I thought Last time (that could well be the case). The food was excellent again. Only one person strayed from pizza and had the lasagne but it was all fantastic - the charcuterie... More

Very intimate restaurant but it's true what they say small but perfectly formed. The pizzas were very good and very reasonable. We were in a party of 8 and all of our pizzas came out at virtually the same time. Would definitely recommend!

Booked after reading the reviews on tripadvisor. Good job we booked it was full. Three of our group had pizza and one had the salad. The salad was the best choice. Pizza was average. The tiramisu however was brilliant. Service was laid back but friendly and very efficient.

The pizzas here, according to my Italian friend, are the best pizzas outside Italy. They never fail to impress. Staff are always friendly too. If I did say something negative about this intimate little resturant, it can be a bit cold. Otherwise....perfect.
