Welcome to the Toby Carvery Liberton. When it comes to roast dinners, we really know our stuff. Every day our chefs lay on a feast of tender, hand-carved meats with all the trimmings – including towering Yorkshire puds, golden roasties with all those lovely little crunchy bits, and plenty of freshly prepared veg, all crowned with proper gravy. So it's no wonder we're Edinburgh’s favourite carvery restaurant. Drop by and you'll find lots more on offer, including cooked breakfasts and tasty specials.

Lovely building, waitress was very helpful, The cost was so cheap it was unbelievable. This restaurant offers a choice of meals or a Carvery. I chose the breakfast as much as you want from a great selection . This is remarkable value and great food.Looking forward to coming back

This restaurant offers a choice of meals or a Carvery. I chose the Carvery which is a choice of 4 meats then add in as much as you want from a selection of vegetables and condiments. This is remarkable value and great food.

We waited 35 minutes to get served in this Toby Carvery today. Despite the presence of several members of staff and a nearly-empty restaurant, no-one was getting served. Perhaps they had better things to do. When we got up to leave, a staff member smiled before walking off in the opposite direction, apparently unconcerned that customers were being ignored to... Visited during the week. Food was amazing as usual. Although I found prices of puddings a bit too high. Staff were lovely and the atmosphere is always great. Will be back soon.

Opposite Mortonhall Crematorium, so handy location for after Funeral Tea. Deal was soup, sandwiches and tea/coffee for a price you could have had a main course for. Soup was served about half hour after we arrived, and was cold by the time we got it. Sandwiches were below average.
