Went for ameal to Beirut before heading to a show at the playhouse. We had a booked a table but as it was mid-week and early in the evening it was quite quiet so no real need. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel welcome by the staff who were attentive but not overly fussy. The food... More

Booked for 19 people for a Saturday evening. Very easy to discuss with the staff/owner in advance about what we wanted - which was a pleasant stress free meal out in a big group and that is what we got! The food and service were both fantastic, which can be hard to deliver to big groups. The plan we had in... More

We visited Beirut on Saturday night on our first visit to Edinburgh. I had reserved a table some months ago which was a good job as the place was very busy. It is a BYO restaurant which we were aware of so took a bottle of wine and some beer with us. All staff were really friendly and the food... More

Just one word to describe there food, superb!! I visit this lovely restaurant at least once a month. the food is always fantastic, really fresh tasting. The roasted lamb i usually order is always cooked to perfection, with the lamb just melting off the bone. I am addicted to their chicken wings, it's the best I ever tasted in my... More

Had lunch here with my sister and our three children. Service was lovely, high chairs offered and pencils/paper supplied to keep ones entertained. We had the set menu for lunch and Lebanese food is something we have no experience of. We will definitely return. I had green bean stew to start and my sister had the baba ghanoush with bread.... Magnificent restaurant, the food is out of this world. Selection for 4 was amazing. Mezze are delicious, tabbouleh was spot on and the grills are moth watering. We will definitely be back in few weeks to check the new deco. Good work guys. Keep it up. Rock

Very nice traditional Lebanese cuisine with a variety of starters. The restaurant was clean, the prices reasonable and the food was served hot. The waiter on the day was extremely polite and friendly. Overall a really nice experience!

I really don't know what to say, the food was spectacular. We received a generous 20% off for joining the mailing list and bought the set meal for 2. As poor students we couldn't have been happier with the portion sizes. Service was great, with a smile as always. The only problem we had was that instead of offering a... More

This was our first visit to a Middle Eastern restaurant, based on the reviews here. The prices were reasonable, there was a good choice of very tasty food and the service was friendly and efficient. It's pretty dark inside and there was almost a fog of barbecue smoke, but it all added to the atmosphere. It was very busy, obviously... More
