The food is very French and served quickly but still high quality. Very busy but they found us a table and everything went smoothly. The food tasted great with a fantastic atmosphere both for lunch and dinner for two and a party

Chez Jules is a very nice and intimate restaurant, nice for both dinner with friends or for a relaxed date. Best time to go? Surely on a late Sunday afternoon, or in the evening - the atmosphere of the restaurant, the candles stuck in French wine bottles on every table and the French music definitely make you travel to France,... I love the sister restaurant, this place like the others is straightforward menu, and very tasty, steak and chips is very good.. Or surf n turf if you fancy, lovely selection of wine. This is a good French bistro experience.

Hadn't booked but luckily managed to get a table on a Friday evening. My wife and I have both been before a few times. We love everything about this place and none of the gripes in previous reviews reflect our experience. We like the candles in wine bottles and the simple glasses/cutlery. Service was spot on and very friendly. The... More

I love this wee place. It's simple and French in it's name and nature. The set menu at lunch is a total bargain and the onion soup is to die for

Popped in for a lunch with most of us having the set menu - 3 courses for 10 pounds!! I was a little dubious about how good a meal I was gonna get for that kind of money. On top of that they bought out french bread, salami and a green salad - all free In the end it was... More

Casual, informal and love the extras... Always have the "Surf and Turf".. This is our 4th visit, we stay in Glasgow and wish there was a sister restaurant near us....

We go here all the time and utilise the lunch menu as great value , we booked at 4 pm and was told at 2 mins before 4 pm lunch menu off! Only in Scotland would this happen . Never take a table at the windows as ignored and always better when the boss is hanging around ! .

Lovely menu. ..Gorgeous french onion soup and coq au vin plus great house red. Lovely atmosphere and good value. Couldn't book but as we were early it wasn't an issue. Recommended!
