Popped in a couple times while staying in Leith and throughly enjoyed it. Great space to sit and enjoy a few glasses of wine while chatting to the friendly staff.

My favourite seafood restaurant by far! Our generous starter of Cullen skink was served piping hot and tasted wonderful. Followed by the seafood platter and chunky chips to share - stunning platter of interesting and varied seafood and crispy chunky chips to die for! finished off with perfect coffee and tablet. No room for dessert! First class service and surroundings.... More

Outstanding service, Tom looked after us in the bar and then in the atmospheric restaurant we were treated to some special food. You are made to feel special from the moment you enter. Can't speak any higher of this place, will return when we are next in Edinburgh.

My husband and I had a wonderful meal for our 5th wedding anniversary. Very attentive staff, our waiter recommended a fantastic bottle of white Rioja to have with our meal. My Cullen skink starter followed by the smoked seafood platter was some of the best seafood we have had anywhere in the world. My husband had the traditional prawn cocktail... More

We turned up on New Years Day having not booked and were fortunate to be offered a table in 30 minutes. Having cycled there we needed something to warm us so both had a Bloody Mary's. They can be made as spicy as you like and mine was explosive as I had requested. Without doubt the best Bloody Mary we... More

The seafood selection is plentiful, the staff are so helpful, professional & kind. I stayed there for a long weekend with a good friend of mine & we are there every night & it just got better & better. A great bar, bloody Mary's to die for... To the staff & owner thank you for a great time. Regards Matt.

Stumbled across this little gem on an evenings visit to Leith to have a drink and find something to eat. After realising their focus on fish we both were keen to give it a go. I quality and standard of the food were both excellent and the staff very friendly and eager to keep diners happy. Having eaten in Rick... More

Visited as two couples for a meal and received a warm welcome and entered into a good atmosphere. Excellent selection of drinks and food from the menu and a colossal must try tiered Fruit de Mer! A must visit if you're looking for something different or even a good seafood restaurant in Edinburgh.
