Lunch was just average burgers - nothing different despite being outlined as 'different and unique'. Cocktail was disastrous - full of crushed ice and virtually no alcohol, a rip off.

Popped in just after 12.00 for lunch , very taken with the décor and ambience we had heard a lot about it from friends but had not tried before .Very taken with the friendly staff . We were the first in the restaurant for lunch but half an hour later it had filled up quite fast . If you are... More

My friend had spoke about Tigerlily for months and it lived up to my expectation. The choice of cocktails was extensive and we had a cocktail in a kettle for novelty although enjoyed so such much returned later for another. Lovely atmosphere and design, in particular open fire for a break from the freezing weather. I will keep looking out... More

Ate here on the 14th January with colleagues and suppliers so we booked a table for 10. Our table wasn't ready when we turned up and service was very slow, starters were very good but when we ordered lobster we were told 20 minutes laterit was off , strange as the table next to us were eating it !! Breakfast was very poor. One hour to wait on cornflakes and porridge. Porridge was disgusting. There was no taste to it and bit oaty. Was if it was made in a hurry. My husbands cooked breakfast was cold. The best bit was the coffee. Tigerlily itself is very nice tho

Popped in for a late drink and went for the cocktails, all superb, sat in front of a roaring fire, chilled music playing it was a perfect end to a great evening. Would like to try out their boutique hotel facilities if we return.

went here during a recent trip to Edinburgh with Friends and was so looking forward to cocktails as I heard they were fab. The décor is lovely and the buzz was great. Alas my gin cocktail was a disappointment, maybe just a bad choice I thought, so decided to go for a pure G&T choosing botanist gin and fevertree tonic... More

met family here for a couple of hours. Was packed to the door but great drinks and nice atmosphere - definitely worth the wait.

Went here this week as we were going to another restaurant, which happened to be shut. I hadn't been to Tigerlily in ages so we decided to give it a go. Not much seems to have changed since I was last here in terms of decor. It's still caught in a mid noughties cocktail of metallics, pink and wood. Not... More

Did not eat this trip but enjoyed a few drinks at the bar. Bar staff are excellent- your glass is never empty and they are always on the ball. Always a good stop and highly recommended.
