Much improved. A good place to eat and meet.

Great car park, lots of space, good disabled entrance. Food is much improved on what it was a few years ago (my last, fairly unimpressed visit). I would recommend going with a group. Not the best if you are on your own.

We enjoyed eating here. Cannot fault this place. We enjoyed the location of the table. It was very busy so this indicated that the place is popular. The food was very good and the staff very attentive to our needs. We will be back. Thanks for a memorable meal. Can recommend

Had a very enjoyable meal here on Sunday and the food was great, the service great and an extremely child friendly pub and dining area, kids given colours and drawings to occupy them and also an outside area to play, they serve them first also which gives the parents a chance to feed them and enjoy their own grub after.

Having had workmen redecorating our house till late afternoon we decided to have our Friday evening meal out. We arrived at 5.15pm to find that there was no pre-theatre special but as we had travelled from Paisley we decided to order. The Canny Man Steak Pie (£9.95) consisted of some meat chunks in gravy, a small blob of mashed potato... More

Dropped in for lunch on Sunday. Staff were friendly and polite. Food was delicious, so many choices. Service was pretty quick. Was so busy, they ran out of toffee cheesecake. Had crème brulee instead, it was delicious. There was music in the bar. All in all a nice afternoon out.

Went to the Canny Man for lunch over the Easter holiday and I was pleasantly surprised! Really big portions and food was served pretty quickly! Staff didn't have the greatest customer service it didn't seem like they liked there job all that much! I have to say the food was delicious though. I had a big portion of haggis neeps... More

Had a really lovely meal here last night. The service, staff, food and atmosphere, were excellent. The portions were huge! I did struggle but persevered and finished. Excellent varied choice on the menu. Thank you to all the staff for a very enjoyable evening.

Came here with my daughter; she had been before but it was my first time. it was such a horrible day weather wise so it was good to come in to a nice welcoming atmosphere. Staff were lovely and the food was great. I would like to go back again on a nicer day. And I will!
